Well the game is still relatively new in MMO terms.. you never really know what secret plans they have coming in the future, hopefully after the F2P update is released we will see more from the team at Bioware.

Usually the best thing to do is find the names of different cards and google them for reviews. If you understand clock speeds then you'll be okay just looking at those but generally some websites go into detail in certain games. check out http://www.tomshardware.com or http://www.bit-tech.net They usually have a comparison for each card in the series for instance I have an ATI 6970 2GB Graphics card so they may have comparisons for the 6950 or anything of the 6xxx series. Even check the Nvidia or ATI websites you can see all their latest products. PM me if you want any specifics hopefully this helps
