Having time-exclusive sub rewards is fine, but they shouldn't add achievements for them that are displayed and become a part of everyone's achievements, making a permanent hole for someone who might be a completionist for certain segments. Make the achievements exclusive to those who were granted the items so they are like the items themselves, exclusive, and could only be seen on those persons lists who had the reward. Just my opinion on the matter anyway.

As of chapter 13 being out, and as of today as well, bug is still not fixed. The chapter was not reset with the newest chapter but Kaliyo still decides to start her fake romance during the last cutscene. I've made several bug reports and even contacted customer service who said they would 'bring it up at the next report to the devs', but in all this time it remains untouched.

Same thing here, played through the chapter on my Sniper more than 5 times now...only mine goes through the entire chapter introducing himself as her friend, talking to her in her apartment as friends, but then at the end of the chapter, I get the Make up/Break up dialogue instead of the friends dialogue I got back when you couldn't complete the chapter because of the infamous agent bug - that didn't recognize your return to the war room. My sniper has just been sitting in Chapter 10 limbo for awhile now, attempts at filing tickets with Customer Service end up with a uneventful response(that shows it's obvious they didn't read it).

I too am experiencing problems with one of my Agents upon the ending of Chapter 10. I have taken every other character I have through the chapter, none of them have a romance dialogue with Kaliyo pop up, except for my Operative(Who married her). My sniper however, who romanced/Married Temple, gets to the end of the chapter and gets the love dialogue as if he married Kaliyo. During the chapter the dialogue/conversations matched the friend status I had with her, but at the final conversation with Kaliyo, I am suddenly her lover. I am afraid to pick anything, even ending the relationship, because I am worried that the coding that ends her relationship, might end up ending my marriage to Temple. As of now, my Sniper just sits at the end of Chapter 10, which he has done 3 times already due to the previous chapter bugs which didn't allow completion for many agents. They really need to fix this, though it seems to only happen for some people.

I second that notion, an excellent idea that I've mentioned on more than one occasion myself in-game.

Wouldn't it be a novel idea if they were going to add content that would please some people, and offend others, that they added a few simple lines of code that allowed someone to go into preferences, and choose whether to filter that content or not? In my years throughout the modding community, almost any time someone added content which added things not everyone would want or agree with, there was an option to filter it out. This way, those that wanted such content could have it, and those that did not, could merely click a button in preferences and it would be completely turned off in the game.
