  1. Thanks for the input. My mistake on JC...I thought it was RP. I misread the server list I guess, I thought I remembered shadowlands and Harb as being the only East Coast PvE servers. If 4.3 is supposed to bring transfers, I will stick it out a bit longer on PoT5 until then to see what happens.
  2. Thanks for the replies. No interest in RP Servers, so JC isn't on my radar. I have been on PVP servers since launch, because I always enjoyed the idea of crossing paths with other faction in open world and having some fun battles. But I guess that was only a possibility back in launch when there were constantly 2 instances at all hours. Time to give it up and move to PVE servers, just to find some volume.
  3. When I resubbed a month ago, I noticed that I was transferred to PoT5 after 3 years of inactivity. I didn't think much of it, annoying having to rename a few toons, but oh well. I am now at the point of growing tired of the lack of population after playing daily for a month, and realizing I am back for the long haul. I want a server with more that 30 people on fleet. So, the options are Harbinger and Shadowlands. Is one better or more populated that the other? I will be transferring 4-6 toons, so only want to do it once. Where are most people from PoT5 going? Any advice is appreciated.
  4. Thank you for this awesome list. I missed some content on this toon since coming back that I completely forgot about (black hole). I want to run all of the content that is soloable. So I know this rules out the Ops, but if anyone that is familiar can let me know which of the FPs are Group mode only? I am up to 65 now, and have done all of the content on CZ 198 and Oricon (but not the Group FPs on CZ or OPS on Oricon). I had enough Common Data Crystals to buy 70% of a set of 208 gear from the fleet vendor. I will continue to grind out the dailies to get enough CDCs to buy the rest of the set. At that point I will try some group FPs, solo mode and see if I can manage.
  5. Thanks for the tip...So much of the mechanics have changed since I was playing regularly 3 years ago lol. I didnt think I would be able to solo the tacticals. But I will go back when I have some decent gear at 65 if that is enough to take them down. I did all the dailies and weekly on CZ 198 to get the data crystals so I can buy a good set of gear at 65.
  6. Looks like the FP that is for CZ-198 (Titans of Industry) is Tactical and HM only. I guess i will skip it and run Oricon up until the Ops.
  7. I just went to CZ 198. Is there a story line, or is it just the Dailies picked up at the mission terminal and the FP you get from the droid after landing? Am I missing a quest giver somewhere?
  8. I did the Illum run before Makeb. It was part of the original story. Unless there was something added to it. And thank you for that list. That is exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the fast response!
  9. I am recently back after taking 3 years off of the game. I am subbed and recently finished a new toon through the main original story. I am now excited for my first run through on the Imperial side of the expansion content. I am a bit confused by the order of everything though... I am only really interested in the Story (Purple) quests. However, if there is cool content outside of that, I am willing, as long as it can be SOLO. I completed the Makeb line, and when I went to complete Shadow of Revan and the other quests in my ship console, it had spoiler warnings for some other content.... Can someone give me some advice on what to run and the order to run it in, starting with immediate after Makeb? I am only interested in SOLO content, because of the time frames in which I am able to play, it is too difficult to group. Any advice on what to complete and the order to complete it in, is greatly appreciated!
  10. Thanks for all the information. I knew that there was a lot of limitations on Preferred players, but didn't realize it was that extensive. As long as I am playing 5+ days a week as I am now, I will continue to sub. But if that ever falls off, I want to keep access to the stories so I can eventually finish all the class quests and the expansion content for each faction.
  11. Yeah, I have no desire to hold low level gear in my inventory to swap in for the boss battles. I guess I could have dismissed my companion to give myself a bit more of a challenge. The heals from my level 30 companion are insane. If I want a challenge, I guess I will get into FPs. I have seen many others comment on the level sync system, that it would be nice to have an option to turn off level sync, or have "difficulty modes" set into the story line, so players that want a challenge get it. But I imagine that is a difficult option to enact. For now, I will enjoy the story for what it is, knowing I will blow through combat with no issues. At least it will make it easy to get Legendary Status, as little to no effort is needed to run through class stories (I just resubbed after taking 2 years away from game, so the drop in difficulty was surprising to me).
  12. I realize this should probably be in the Story/Lore subforum. I cannot delete this thread however. Mods - Please delete this.
  13. I just finished the Warrior Story. I had some complaints about the difficulty throughout (it was easy), I was blown away about how easy Baras was to kill. I think the battle was over in 5-10 seconds. I didn't take any damage during the battle. This seems to be the way every "Boss" battle was throughout the story. I know it is because of the Level Sync, As when I played my Assassin and Merc 2 years ago the compaign was nowhere near this easy. Anyone else have this "problem"? Is there any chance of the Level Sync being fixed to actually present some challenge to boss fights?
  14. I don't know if this is best here, or in the story/Lore forum, so I will start here... I just finished the Warrior Story.
