It would be cool if there was dialog options that opened up if you were light side or dark side at least. It seems to me they could have done a lot more with the system than they have.

The only thing I would add to this is remember if you break your line of site with your healer they lost their cast of they are doing direct heals. If i had a dollar for as many times as someone keeps running between pillars and breaks my line of sight and then blames me when they die *sigh*. Especially when I warn them that I can't heal them if they break LoS
