It showcase that you have no idea to play madness/balance in pvp. Spread slow with death field is already possible in the game through utility (slow with affliction)... but there is so many abilities with which you can break roots, slows or just charge (tho somewhat broken) at target. And in the end, madness' creeping terror is way better then double slow

That's not Rain's, its agent's gear, which u can have at lvl 27 (just lower officer rank, which means less accessories) https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/hooligan/ The one on pic, is highest rank, which means around lvl48 agent gear (maybe someone can help u with specific name, or just check gtn, medium armor, lvl range 44-50).

That ship has sailed long time ago, with cartel market (when just came, I remember back then, 80% of ppl in wzs were wearing eradicator set). Part of game lore is visualization, which cartel market broke. And now we have cross faction, so...

Other games dont give every class stun, or have so many cc's, pushes... Its a real skill to stun opponent and do dmg... i play mostly sin, trust me, the skilled guy with cc's arsenal Few nights ago, i was stunned even having full resolve. Also at the same night, I cc'ed someone with full resolve (wasnt trying actually, only to interrupt capping)
