It says that I need to validate my account to be able to play on characters level 20 and up. The game then prompts me to enter in my email so I can validate my account, I do so, and then it never sends me the email to validate my account. It says that it takes up to 10 minutes but I have been waiting for days with no validation email arriving. I feel like I am wasting my money on a subscription because you guys aren't sending me a validation email and I cant level my characters up past level 20. What do I do? Please help!
