Is the same item the quest reward for Perseverance for assassin? I don't care about the stats since I can change it as it is orange. If it's not, where can I get a mask that looks like this for my assassin? Thanks!

My apologies for posting an obvious question but I haven't been able to find an answer. My group started clearing a flashpoint last night about 10pm and got to the final boss but had to log before we could kill him. How long will the flashpoint stay cleared (before it resets)? Thank ya kindly!
