Just remember this games engine is horrible, it even runs like *** on 980tis in certain situations, so dont expect a huge improvement if you ed up with a top end card. Of course most other games are like an entire generation beyond with a decent gpu.

ITs quite clear Valkorian is trying to assume our body/soul for even greater power in the end. Can see somehow this being transferred to either an ally leading to a heartbreaking fight scene where we HAVE to kill them or the emperor being ripped out of us and into the brother or the sister.

I think the re surgence of the films would mean the game would get more subs. I myself came back to the game properly after quitting about 8 months after release all those years ago expecting the game to be dead, seems just as big as it was back then and the game has improved a lot. the KOTFE stuff was fantastic to play though.

hi all. I already have a monsterous gaming pc I play the game on but my other half wants to join in. she is not interested in graphics so I said I would build her a system out of stuff I had laying about.
Just put together an old intel e220 2.2ghz 2GB RAM with an onboard intel 31/33 gfx card (AIDS!!! KILL IT WITH FIRE)
Was wondering if the game would run at all? I did try it using the onboard intel gpu which was HORRIBLE g31/33 thing and the game came up with a message of not compatible with the hardware, I assume it was the gpu since inbuilt graphics are generally horrible!
Just waiting for it to update windows (clean install) before I plug in a proper gpu in the 8800GT
Its not going to refuse me access again due to the cpu this time is it?

p.s I have read the min specs and without any performance figures to go by its hard to disguish which c2d to compare the e220. If i had to guess from the results I have found I would say the game WOULD run. Until these windows updates are finished I cant power off and plug the 8800 in to try hehe.

prolly worth looking on overclockers.co.uk for some cpu/mobo/ram bundles, some great deals there and theyll overclock the **** out of the cpu for you. Rock solid stable as well. Should give you plenty of bang for your buck as far as those 3 bits of hardware go

I was just thinking the same. John williams is a god when it comes to music score, zimmer is a close second. Although these youngsters today like that so-called music which is dubstep. says it all really. Buuurp buuurp buuuurp beeeep beeep....

you have no soul, the "lukes dark rage" from rotj music playing when you get the lightsaber is one of the best peices of music ever ( even if well out of place during that lightsaber construction scene)

something is definitely strange here.
I forced 16x AA with the ini tweak before the patch and it looked beautiful. Now after the patch, with the ingame setting on high there is definitely more aliasing in the game, some objects do not seem to get properly anti aliased at all.
And I could swear it is giving me a performance hit, at least when many player characters are on screen. Didn't notice that before either.
Anyone else seeing a difference between the ini-tweak and the ingame setting?
yeh ive noticed its been hit with the even more ugly stick that normal with the ingame aa. Im gonna go force it back on via the ini file.

easy way to fix all of this is to put better gear in, that way all the ppl who grinded warzones for all their cheap gear now have to start at scratch with the new prices like the rest of us?

This game has ALOT of keys, let's admit it. If your looking to dominate warzones/world pvp you need to have the gear to keep up! I used to use a logitech keyboard but until I saw some people using razor gear for binds. So, I decided to go out and buy myself some gifts.
So alot of people are wondering what do you use to get the edge in PvP and so forth?
My setup:
Razer Black widow keyboard.
Razer Naga Mouse
and I binded my G27 Racing Steering wheel and pedals. I don't use the steering wheel I just use my feet for all 3 pedals.
Clutch = Force Leap
Brake = Force Sweep
Gas = All Biochem/Relic buffs.
That's my setup what you got for PvP?
*********** epic idea m8, theres me wishing i had 3 hands, i forgot about my feet, im sure ive got an old steering wheel floating about, must go salvage the pedals, only 2 of them but itll still be handy!

New Armor last night, looks bad and im sad. I dont see why they cant turn the high rez on so ppl can choose. Even if it might run bad for some users.
you may as well be playing on a console, this is 2012 not 2005 when the 360 and ps3 level of hardware was considered pretty good.
dam shame it had to be EA/BW doing this game, its got so much potential but they seem to have ****ed it up already, you cannot skimp on the engine! and the kira bug has been known for 5 months and still not fixed. Isnt that was the beta was for?

I am almost certain they will figure out a way to disable the "holoterminal trick" in an upcoming patch just to keep people from witnessing their epic failure themselves.
