  1. Creds to OP for taking the time to record something and show it to us whatever it is.. And plenty of BOOO!!! to the killjoy above who could have done us all a favor and stayed in bed all day instead of posting that crap.
  2. WoW's LFD tool works. Copy it and change the font or something if you need to feel special(hint to BW).

I sat 4h in Vaiken dock at prime time on imperial side tonight and I managed to do one(!) BT hardmode.. And Imperials have the numbers on my server too.

I logged out in disgust and will not log back until there is a cross server LFHM and LFops tool.

  3. This should equal out the advantage that the catass crowd had that got their pvp gear before the comms nerf. (remember kids, exploit early and as much as you can)

But I guess this is why there is all this QQ.. Many pvp'ers don't want a lvl field, they want loads of undergeared players to roflstomp and wave peens at.

..Or we could just remove the expertise from pvp gear and perhaps move it to raid gear instead where it only has effect inside raids(no other stat increases on raid gear). Then everyone would be at the same powerbase but with different looks.

But I have little faith in human nature..

  4. Might be on to something but I think melee'ers should get better defenses rather than more damage.

I would like them to have much better status protection than any other classes since they depend on their mobility and melee range. Also some protection against aoe is needed for those who dont have access to it.

But some kind of a kamikaze buff for melee every once in a while could be fun..

  5. At least it's not as bad as it was in Rift. There you had lots of bloat too but even worse was that the skills did very little so you felt like you were in a wet noodle fight.

Of course that lead to the infamous onebutton macro..

Even though SWToR's abilites are not as weak as Rifts they are nevertheless seriously bloated on many characters. I believe it's only a matter of time before macroing will be the order of day whether they implement an ingame macro system or not. (yes it is easily doable with 3rd party software right now if you want to).

WoW used to be a bit like this but they have combined talents and reworked abilites over time so that bloat and functionality remains in check. And as a result the need and the advantages of macroing has gone down.. imagine that.

To sum it up: I think they will have to both rework all talents(combine and shrink the numbers) and introduce a macro system fairly soon because some classes just dont perform well or fun enough for the average gamer(Sentinel/Mara esp..).
