You can log in. Just hit play under one of your toons and not the 'ok' for the error message. Worked for me.

Valor level 100 on my Gunslinger (Main since launch) and still wants me to do 20 Unranked Warzones. Yep, thinks so. I was using my Gunslinger valor 100. My result was the red text.

So, Bioware... Nothing? Or I should open another ticket or bug report just to be told to do exactly that?
