  1. oh jeez, you ranged have it so bloody easy. After watching this I will never feel bad when I die to a ranged, in fact I'll laugh when I kill one. What a joke.
  2. Because it's failed already (or is failing) in the east. Don't get me wrong, I plan on buying and playing and am as hopeful as the rest of you...but it's had a rough development history and inauspicious launch in korea.
  3. do you honestly believe this game will go anywhere?
  4. and the fryer room isn't a board room
  5. /agree I don't think it's nearly as big a deal as many are making it out to be (that can be said for 95% of the topics posted on these forums) Why is everyone busting a nut over something they are working on implementing? Are they needed? yes, BW has agreed with you!! yay you have won claim your victory and relax in the mean time.
  6. I'd love a combat log...hopefully it gets implemented soon. But I'm a patient person and am having a blast with this game. As DPS and an officer I love parsers. However, in the mean time the enrage timers for hard/nightmare modes in raids give us all a vague idea of how we're doing. If we kill the boss then all is well. For the record I am certainly /signing for a combat log!
  7. Same here. After the fix I was able to abandon 1 out of the 7. With the number of dailies/weeklies for endgame pve/pvp this is a bit annoying at this point. I'd tried to go and just finish these lowbie quests just to clear my log but it's not the quest itself but the whole damn questchain for each of them. I just don't have the time/patience to put a few hours of useless questing to fix a bug.
  8. I'm guessing this problem is and will be short lived. If you consider the POV of the devs, they know that tanks are very often bottlenecks in dungeons and raids. As well as coordination and group/class/spec balance. What they did was make the first Tier of raids forgiving on all fronts so we can get our foot in the door and absorb the guild fluctuation that occurs in any new game. This is the exact same scenario that happened in Rift. Hammerknell came out and the story changed dramatically (for the better). I expect the same with tor. I'd suggest holding tight...don't let the tanks in your guild get bored or drift away, trust me you'll need them very shortly. I'd assume (and hope) that the next tier of raids will require off tanking, greater coordination, greater dps and competent healing. Much like you want. Like your toons the raids will progress.
