    Yeah, I typed too fast and I miss a part of the reply. Last week it was still bugged however I need to try it again after the latest patch. I don't think they fixed it because there's no mention on the patch notes about it. I'll run the weekly again tomorrow to check it.

    I've encoutered the very same issue. I decided to use them to RE to take Augment kit materials but I was unable to RE them. On another note, what do you suggest to craft for RE purposes?

    Early access is enabled only if you bought the pre-order before the 7th January else you'll got the pre-order items bonus but you'll start Maked and your path from 50 to 55 on the 14th. That's what I understood reading various threads/posts in here.
