  1. The people who are mocking The Wraths lightsaber stance just got killed....because they underestimated him. The Wrath does have a lazy laidback style...and that's exactly what he plays on to deceive his opponents and then tear them apart. The Wrath was designed to be very cunning while giving off the appearances of a brute...he lets everyone underestimate him until its time for him to show off and show them exactly who they screwed with. Throughout his story time and time again...people underestimated what he could do with a select few ever seeing his true potential. Laugh at the Wrath all you want....in the end he is the one left standing. * PS I like the Wraths stance more than the Guardians because it lets you see more of the Lightsaber than the Guardians stance does.
  2. The Emperor was nerfed to hell and back again....he used to be hands down the strongest class boss ingame. And another thing to note is early on...most players didn't have great stats. A lot of Knights fought the Emperor wearing PvP gear with pieces of Colicoid/Red Reaper gear mixed in which made him a lot harder than he is today. To be honest though early on he was so glitchy It wasn't even funny....like when he would insta cast his long cast and well....game over. It felt great once you finally kicked his *** though.
  3. Eh Sentinels get a droid stunning CC so i'm fine with them not having force push...that said its probably one of the strongest CC moves ingame and it works perfectly with the Guardian/Juggernaut.
  4. Its just you and your current stats more than likely...Vigilance is the best Guardian tree for leveling with Defense being our second best. Both do very well but Vigilance does have a much sharper learning curve so it really would not hurt for you to just finish your leveling through the defense tree.

  6. Very much so. You bring decent midfight burst and have sustained damage...Vanguards make for great DPS classes but just takle into account its pretty much a melee class with ranged side attacks. If you want to be ranged I highly suggest Commando over the Vanguard.
  7. Actually I do not PvP all that much but when a back when BM dropped from bags I used to PvP a lot...knew a couple really good Vanguards and a few PTs and they could basicly 3 shot anyone who wasn't a tank. Nowdays though in PvE...they still throw out good numbers and in PvP they are a simple but effective class to play with several ways to directly change the outcome of a fight...and because they have sustained damage with midfight burst they are effective at fighting tank classes. So yea...I couldn't care less that you can no longer Lolkill on a Vanguard...they are now on par with other classes. Cry me a river please. And we are talking about DPS specs here..what the hell does Guardians having a good tank tree matter in this conversation?
  8. And yet you guys can still floor a Guardians DPS despite it being buffed with 2.0...and while you may not be as awesomesauce as you used to be I am sorry but I don't feel sorry for Vanguards at all...they held the king title for long enough.
  9. That I agree with entirely. I look at some of the players in my guild already rocking 3-4 pieces of 72 rated gear and its just like...wow...
  10. Really because the " hardcore" members in my guild are all already decking out in 72s....the only players these low caps hurt are the casuals/workers such as myself who is currently 13 Ultimate comms away from 100 despite having hit 55 on the very first day of EA 2.0 launch and I can't even upgrade into a piece of elite gear to help close that gap because I hit the 200 cap. Should caps exist? yes. Should these low caps exist? no.
  11. Eh what I despise is the idiotic Elite comm cap at 200...I mean seriously Bioware? I work 5 days a week a minimum of eight hours a day and I have been hitting that cap so bloody fast and without even trying that its not even funny...not to mention that a lot of the tanks/healers who hit the cap no longer care about continuing to queue so we lose important players in the queue towards the end of the week. So really....why its not 300 is beyond me.
  12. Ok well that makes more sense..Vitiate being assassinated is believable although one most note that he has great precognition compared to most other Force Users so Plagueis would have to strike fast and true without any flaw in his attack because if it falters for even a second Vitiate would completely turn the fight around. Honestly I liked Plagueis and really enjoyed the book back when it came out...its just they apparently made Vitiate a God amongst men and called it a day.
  13. I was asking how he made the right call in your opinion when Plagueis has nothing to counter Vitiate...and I only found and replied to this thread because I am killing time while waiting for ROTHC to download.
  14. Twenty minutes?? wow...i'm at nine hours and 500 MB left to go on the English Assets 115.
  15. How exactly....? I mean really I just can't think of any way Plagueis could pull off a win...would I root for him in the fight? maybe...but Vitiate is just so far beyond what Plagueis was into...I mean think about this.....Plagueis never achieved immortality despite spending his life trying....I'll grant you that he achieved a version of life one could consider near Immortal but he was not actually immortal. Meanwhile Darth Vitiate achieved complete death defying Immortality while still well into his youth. Its not a fight I see Plagueis winning anyway other than a straight up assassination...because if it breaks out into open combat he has nothing to counter the sheer waves of power that Vitiate is capable of summoning.
