Just because I have not seen this posted yet, make sure your laptop is not over heating. Even a good PC grahpics card can have horrible frame rates due to heat.

FYI, I had to cancel one of my preorders because it was not tied to my origin account (they ended up making a new account for me and I didnt want two origin accounts to juggle). If you cancel you will have to wait more than 48 hours before you can redeem a new game code. Seeing that they are busy with the launch atm, I'd bet good money you'll have to wait a while before the system allows you to re-register with a new code. Moral of the story- cancel now so i can get in earlier.

When you go to "my account" I see they added checkboxes for what needs to be completed. is the "Redeeem a product Registration Code" (third from the top) the code I will receive (hopefuly soon) for the pregame access or is this the key i had to enter when i purchased my preorder and registered it? The reason i ask is because it is not checked off and I'm hoping somethign didn't go wrong when i registered my preorder a few months ago.
