You think my sub fee is all that's at issue here? CS stated they've received a number of similar requests already. I wouldn't have even known about the issues with Satele Shan if so many in my guild of thousands of others hadn't switched servers or left the game already.

My specific wording on the ticket was: "The Satele Shan server is dead. I've deactivated my subscription until either the servers are merged or you move my legacy to Star Forge. Please advise which you prefer." These replies. Can't imagine why so my people from my guild are leaving the game or the server b/c of toxicity. smh

Don't worry about it. My sub is up tomorrow. I'm moving on.

I'm posting as recommended by customer server. The Satele Shan server is dead. Please merge it with Star Forge b/c I'm not paying 1000 cartel coins per character to move my legacy nor am I willing to start over. The sooner the better, since my sub expires on 6/11 and won't be renewed until this is addressed. Thank you.

How people will adapt is switch to dps/tanks or stop playing. I love healing, but something feels off lately. What's the point if there's no survivability?

The spamming in general chat is really overwhelming lately. Please increase the number of characters that can be ignored and/or automatically filter gold farmers. Most of the spamming seems to come from mmowin.com and gamereasy.com. Can't the repeat offenders at least be dealt with?
