X-raided is an adult-only Empire sided guild on the Shadowlands server with 6 active raid teams. Our main focus is on raiding and being a friendly & social guild. It is our constant goal to advance ourselves and the guild forward in a manner that exposes new content, upgrades our members, and challenges us. All members are expected to act as adults. By this, we mean don't blow up at guild mates and don't complain to guild mates about situations you can correct yourself (such as items, gold, or groups). Be constructive and reasonable in any concerns or criticisms and address them in private or keep them to yourself. That said; we are a group of people who enjoy having fun with each other, often at each others expense. Things can and do often get a bit crude but it is all in good fun. If you are playing to win you are way behind the times if you are needing a HM flash point blaster But just an fyi constant behavior like needing on companion loot can get you blacklisted by other players. Meaning they will not group with you. Behavior like like from one of my guildies will get them kicked from the guild.

To me this comes done to people wanting everything handed to on a silver plater Be Geared .... Ok this is so super easy anymore it's not even funny. You can have almost full BH gear now a days w/o even stepping into an operation. Do your dailies, run hardmodes every day and your weekly story mode. Simple enough in a few weeks you'd have full BH armoring, mods and enhancements. Even starting out with modded gear or lvl 50 junk gear if you do dailies and hm flashpoints your'll be able to replace everything in columi in a few weeks. Know the fights.... One thing I think people are missing in this whole thread is that you can research fights well before going into an instance. We have this lovely little thing now a days called youtube and there are more video's than you can count on every perspective of ops fights. You don't even have you read if you don't want to pull yourself up a video and take 5 mins or so and watch the fights. If you are really ambitious actually 'research' the fights, read up on the mechanics and talk to someone else of your spec and role to find out what you need to be doing and watching out for. Don't expect your group to explain everything to you. But I guess that's what we get from some people that expect everything to be handed to them. To those people the grip about this comment - Take responsibility for getting yourself to the point that you are reasonably geared then step up and be an informed player before going in and making yourself look like a fool.

To Bioware, I have recently discussed with my guild about the recent drop in population on our server and we have all thought that this is a growing concern. I speak for most of the guild X-Raided on the Sith Meditation Sphere when I say that we are concerned with the increasingly difficult ability to not only obtain players for Hardcore operations but the fact that PVP ques at peak times are beyond acceptable in the level 50 group. Before anyone ask it is not that we are by any means a small guild. In a general week we have 4-5 progression groups running but this is only due to the fact that our hard core players will do 2-3 of these runs taking in alts into the group. What our server seems to lack is enough raiders of the same hardcore mentality. As keeping up with the forums there seems to be some solutions proposed. One of which being transfers. I would like to point out our guilds major concern with this solution. Without knowing who else is going to a server there is a major possibility to move to a server that could become even less populated than the one we are already on. This in effect would only make the problems worse and people may be stuck quitting not due to un-enjoyment ot the game but do to inability to do the activities that they enjoy because there are not enough players, Another is that many of our member have a good deal of level 50's or those that are close that would want to move as well. Not knowing what the charge to move would be this is a concern to quite a few as the guild as a whole would like to stay together and some players are not able to afford to move 6-8 characters at the $15 rate that seems to be standard in games for such moves. Our proposed solutions are either server mergers in which all the characters or 2-3 low population servers(or more depending on need to balance) are combined into one to make for a better population. We would hope that you take into consideration the amount of not only active accounts but the numbers of players that log in on a weekly basis if you would choose this option as to make sure that the server does not become dead due to most of those players being inactive even if the account is still live. If however you would prefer to continue with the transfers we would like you to consider making it an option to transfer all of the characters on one server of the same account to another server. This would allow people that enjoy playing together to continue to enjoy the company of those they like on all characters. Our final suggestion would be to allow for full guilds to be transferred to another server. If this would be the case you could give the guild leader the option to put in the requested transfer for all members of the guild to another server. Also giving any members who do not want to transfer a week to leave the guild so they can stay or transfer as the individual pleases. On a final note, most of our members rather enjoy the game and would like to see it continued to succeed however it is hard to enjoy a game when you cannot accomplish the various events that we play the game for due to no failings on our own but the lack of people. We ask that you please take our concerns in your sincere consideration as all we want is to be able to continue to enjoy this game.
