Hey Guys, I just finished up the main storyline for my Sith Assassin and now I am confused as to what I should be doing. The game gave me a quest to go to Illum, but I am not sure if doing that will help me get through to the next chapter. I am unsure if I should just go into the new expansion quests to start through the new chapters, or do all of the quests on Illum and then go to Makeb and then do the Shadow of Raven Prelude quests. I could really use some help.

Hello All, I have been using Nico for my Jedi Sage since Level 1 but when I got done on Balmora and was supposed to get Zennith as a companion he never showed up in my list of Companions. I was wondering if anyone knew if this is an on going bug in the game and if anyone else has run into this problem.

Hello All I need some help I have been using Vette since I got her back at Level 11 and now I am level 41 and I am now trying to decided if I should stay with her or change over to a tanking Companion like LT Pierce. If so which one would be the best to be able to keep agro and take a ton of damage while I go around killing everything.

Hello All, I just got Lord Scourage and wanted to check and see what people thought about him. The last time I tried to use him on my old Jedi Sentiel he kept on dying on me no matter how good of a gear that I got him. So I have been using Doc as my main Comp to help heal me and keep me alive. So I was checking to see if they have improved him or if I should just stick with my healer Doc.

Hey Guys, I was wondering I have never played a Powertech, and I was wondering would it be better to quest in tank spec so that i can do all the heroic quests by myself with my comp or go Pyro and do pure DPS. I am really thinking of tanking FP's and eventually Ops. But right now I am trying to figure out if it would be worth going around questing in tank spec or stay in Pyro spec. Also should I get Treek out or stay with Mako? I would be grateful for any help you can give me guys.

Hello All, I am starting to play my Sniper again and I am trying to figure out which would be a better Companion for my DPS sniper. I have been told Treek is a great healer and tank for her but then others say that Doc is a better healer since all he does is sit back and heal me while I DPS. I had been using Ensign Temple and she was doing some good DPS but of course she does not heal me. So I was checking to see what you guys think.

Hello All =D I have been using Treek for quite awhile as my healing Comp but I just got Ashara and I was wondering if it would be worth gearing her out and using her since I am a DPS Sith Assassin. Hello All, I was thinking about starting to level up a Sith Assassin and wanted to check with everyone to see if that class is a really fun one now that the new Patch 3.0 has come out and if so which spec would be best for quick leveling and which Companion would be best to use with that class. I would be most grateful for any help you guys can give me.

Does anyone know what would be the best Spec for a Marauder now that the new patch 3.0 has come up, I have been using Carrange but I am having a hard time killing stuff so I was wondering if maybe Rage or Anni would be better.

Really Dohboy I know how to play the game since I have been playing it since it first came out, but I guess all you care about is starting an arguement , when someone wants to change something in a game you play. The cost of the skill upgrades are WAY too high for the small increase you might get in one of your attacks or spells. I just think that the game would be a lot more enjoyable if you could use the credits that you are wasting on skill upgrades could be use to purchase better gear for both your comp and yourself. I know how to save up my credits to pay for both gear and skill upgrades since I have been doing that in this game and WoW, so don't tell me I don't know how to play the game, when in fact I do. You just think that I am trying to complain because I want everything given to me and that is WRONG, I am willing to work to get the credits that I why I have my Comps out doing gathering skills such as slicing and treasure hunting to help me get my credits up higher and possibly get some really good gear, but I just don't see the need to make the players have to pay for skill upgrades. Since during that 12X Xp event they were free and they didn't take away the enjoyment of the game in fact it made the game better. Just because you like having to pay around 300k credits when you get up to level 58 for your skill upgrades does not mean everyone wants to do that. I think that those credits would be better used to other stuff like maybe Leveling up another character or getting better gear. So I don't see what you have against getting rid of something like the cost of skill upgrades when it would help everyone who plays the game.

Hey Guys, I need some help I am trying to find out which Comp would be best for a Sith Marauder who does mostly PVE questing and no PVP battles. I really like being able to get a fight over with quick with losing the least amount of health if possible. I have been told by many people several different answers to my question. Some people say if you want to get battles over quickly use Vette, but I have been seeing lately that at Level 37 she is not really killing stuff that quickly even though I have been keeping her well geared out. Other people say I should use Quinn since he would heal me and keep me alive longer but the fights take longer to get over with. I have also heard that Jasea is really good but when I used her when I got her she was like Vette in that I seem to come close to dying even though I make sure that I am very well geared out. I have not really heard if Pierce is any good as a Comp. So I am confused as to which type of Comp would be best for me who really wants a comp that will help me kill stuff quickly and not die or at least lose as little health as possible. I would be most grateful for any help you guys can give me.

Ok Dohboy You say that I am missing the point, but in fact it is you who is missing the point about this thread, all I am saying is that having to pay for skill upgrades takes away the fun of the game, because people are too busy worrying about having to raise the credits to pay for their next skill upgrades. It is a small part of the game but it can mean having to choose between getting new gear or paying for your new skill upgrade. The cost of the skill upgrades are in my opinion WAY too high and in fact they are not really necessary in the game,I am just look how they were able to take them out during the 12X XP event and it didn't hurt the game at all in fact it made the game even more fun. I am not one of those people who thinks that Bioware should hand me everything for free, all I am asking them to do is to take away the expense of paying for skill upgrades, because they did it during that extra XP event and the game ran just fine without it. So you should ask around and I bet you people would agree that the game was a lot more enjoyable when you didn't have to pay for skill upgrades.

Really dude, I have been playing this game since it came out and I am not being lazy at all, in fact I rather level at normal speed to help make the game last longer and get to really understand how to play each of my type of characters to their full potential. All I was saying was that I think that Bioware should make it so that people don't have to pay for the skill upgrades when you are leveling up the character, because then you can use those credits to help pay for new gear for both your comp and yourself. So NO I am not trying to be lazy, I don't know where you are getting the idea that I am trying to be lazy with leveling my characters when I have been leveling all my characters to regular way since the start, in fact I don't even use the experience boots that you can get to get my experience with quests or exploring. So you need to get your facts straight before you start calling people lazy.

Sorry guys I didn't mean to cause any arguments over the issue, I was just hoping that enough people would agree that the skill upgrades costs should go away because in my opinion it takes away a good deal of the fun of the game. I really enjoyed the time during the 12X xp event not because of just the extra XP with class quests,but because of not having to worry about paying for skill upgrades. Again I am sorry if caused any arugments over this. I just really hope that Bioware would see this and take hopefully take it under serious consideration.

I agree having to pay for Skill upgrades makes the game not really enjoyable to play because you are thinking that you don't want to level up too quick because you then have to worry about how you are going to pay for the new skill upgrades and that just takes the fun away from actually playing the game. I think all skill upgrades from level 1 to 60 should be free and that would make it so you would look foward again to leveling the game and not worrying about having to raise the credits to pay for any new skill upgrades.

Dear SWTOR, I really think it would make the game a lot more enjoyable if you were to bring back the free skill upgrades that you were running when you had the 12X XP going on, because the cost of a lot of getting the skill upgrades are WAY too high in my opinion. It makes it so people have to end of choosing to wait to get a skill upgrade that could really help them in their quests till they get a lot of credits because of the crazy high cost of the upgraded skill. I really found not having to worry about paying for my skill upgrades during that 12X XP event you had helped me a lot in terms of being able to afford new gear for both my companion and I, but now I am having to go back to juggling paying for the insanely high cost of the skill upgrades and the cost of the WAY over priced gear that is in the GTN. That is another thing I think that you should really take a good look at how WAY over priced a lot of people are people items in the GTN, because it makes it so that most people like me can't afford to buy them unless you are crazy enough to go to one of those websites and buy credits which I wouldn't do because I would worry about my account being hacked. But I go back to what I was first talking about I really think it made the game A LOT more enjoyable when I didn't have to worry about paying for skill upgrades or at least cut the cost by at least 80%, because right now they are WAY too high. I really hope you read this and take it into serious consideration, I would be most grateful and again it would make the game in my opinion A LOT more enjoyable to play.

Hey Guys, I need some help, right now I am spec as a Arsenal Merc, but the main reason I made this toon was to be able to get Blizz as a tanking companion. But now people are telling me that Blizz is too squishy to be a good tank and that I should either stay with Mako or use Tarrio. I was thinking of switching over to bodyguard spec, because I thought one it would help me be able to get either Blizz or Tarrio alive and also help me be able to get into more Flashpoints and help me guild out with OPS when I hit 55. What do you guys think, I would be most grateful for any and all help you guys can give me on this matte.

Yep I have tried several times even rebooted my computer to make sure it was not me but nope still can't get into the game man this really SUCKS!!!!!

So I am not the only one having this problem even though when you check the server status it still shows that it is up but I can't log into it. Does anyone know when this will be fixed:mad:

Hello name is Will I was wondering if anyone else had lost a companion when they got on today after downloading patch 1.2, because I somehow have lost my companion Ashara on my Sith Inquisitor , she was at the moment my guest that was because I was still questing on Taris. Is there anyway to get her back because she was awesome and I really would like to get her back. So if anyone can help that would be great.
