When I open it I get a pop up that asks me if I want to allow the App to make changes to my device. If that's your message, then it works just fine, and you'll have to click Yes every time. If you're getting a different message then something could still be wrong, but if it works, then hey, why mess with it.

It's true for me as well that certain toons are lucky and others just get the same items, or junk. I have one new Alt with a 4 pc set bonus at GC Rank 14. I crafted a few items of course, but he's all 230 or better. Then my highest is just over 100, with only a 4 piece set bonus as well. Some of her pieces are 236, but I still would like to have set bracers that have eluded me for over 100 crates. The amount of Relics that I get on that toon is amazing.

I read somewhere else, that currently it would be too difficult to get Jeasa, because they wouldn't be able to tell if you wanted light side or dark side, unless you were a Warrior to begin with. That's what I read anyway.

Just got HK again last weekend. Saw a player in General chat on the Fleet asking for help scanning, so I had 2 guild members join that wanted to come. The 4 of us scanned each planet in a matter of minutes. The longest part of the HK mission was the Flashpoints, which can be done later in Solo mode. We also saw a lot of other players scanning, you should ask in General chat on each planet who else needs the part, maybe you'll get lucky and find other players to group with. Use the dulfy guide that was linked earlier. Takes out all the guess work.

Just looked at the Tier 2 vendor, Lord Zetha, and the Tier 3 vendor, Joal Torviss. They are also backwards for every Vindicator and Weaponmater item.

After taking a closer look at the vendor, I now see that ALL Vindicator and Weaponmaster items are backwards. I know I have a few of the correct items because they came from my GC crates, the ones I have tried to purchase with UA Tokens were wrong at first, and didn't match, I ended up having different set bonuses.

Lord Galall, the Tier 1 Sith Warrior Vendor on the Fleet has his DPS boots backwards for the Vindicator and the Weaponmaster. If you look at the Vindicator boots, it says 0/7 Weaponmaster set bonus. Same for the Vindicator, but backwards. I had to buy my boots twice because the Weaponmaster gave me the wrong set bonus for my Marauder and my UA Token was wasted. I'd stay with body type 3. The small one doesn't look very scary.

I would create a ticket. I'm sure it can be fixed. I've created a ticket before for item restoration before, and this shouldn't be any different.
