He says he tried to log into his account first and it told him to go to his email from there he was informed that it was a security issue but not what kind of issue shrug.

Hi all, I'm posting on my account because my husband can't get into his He only gets to play two nights a week, was on last night doing his weeklies with a friend, no problem. Tried to get on for his night of play for the weekend and he was informed that his account is now suspended. He spent over a half hour on hold trying to get a hold of someone just to be told that it would take approx 48 hours for them to look at his account and get it un-suspended IF they decide they will un-suspend it. Really Star wars? Horrible customer service. The only clue that this email even has in it is that it was cancelled for security purposes. He has the security key on his account, not sure what else he can possibly put on there to protect his account. Does anyone have any suggestions of whom else he can contact for a quicker account recovery? Tammy

Well, after several days my token has been returned to me- to be honest though I'm afraid to try making my Jedi Shadow with it think I"ll wait until I see less complaints on the forums about it going missing lol.

I'm glad you feel this way I used to BE one of those middle guys for a communications company and I"m here to tell you most of the time the reps are just as frustrated with the issues but they can't say anything. As long as they show empathy and understanding I"m good. Oh and encouragement to let me know that its being looked into is a huge help also lol. It's the reps like the one guy had who pretty much said touch "S**t" and to start a lvl 1 toon that would really upset me lol. Forgot to add that to keep this post in topic- same as everyone else Still waiting on my token to be returned and still have open ticket.

Oh no, I def have to disagree on this one. My worse EVER experience was with Trion / Archeage - OMG the worst experience ever. I wound up cancelling my two accounts, my husband cancelled his, and my son his. We never looked back.

This!!! same thing here, except after my 3rd attempt it ate my token. This was the other day and my ticket is still open also Hopefully, cross finger,s that this will all be worked out soon and we'll all get our refunds / tokens back

Yes it is intended that IF and only IF you do NOT lvl past 60 - ie go to 61, you can delete that character and create another without losing your token. I did this since my OCD is not letting me decide just which darned character I wanted to be lvl 60. It let me do this several times with no issue whatsoever until I finally decided to create a Jedi Shadow (since I already have a sage and wouldn't lose out on any of the story etc.), it showed me at lvl 60 in the creation screen with the legacy gear etc, but when it created my char i was a whopping lvl 1. I thought I did something wrong so I logged out, deleted that char and my token was there again. Once again created another lvl 60, logged on and it did the same thing. Wish I had seen the post about the bug before I did this because now my token is just gone ugh so yes, it is intended that you can do this while you make up your mind if you like that play style etc, but I highly recommend waiting until they address everyone's lost tokens and get the bug fixed first

I'm back in, just let it sit at the loading screen for about 10 min and it popped up shrug -- hopefully they've fixed the issue?

hmm , yeah I found where the 'repair' button should be, but mine is grayed out also and won't let me press it

For my husband, my son and myself we got kicked off at approx midnight last night and it's now 9am here in Oregon, so about 9ish hours and counting so far. . Still not up so much for power leveling to take advantage of the 12x XP and just coming back to SWTOR as paid subscribers lol.

Ugh, still offline? Husband and I were doing a leveling marathon over the weekend since he's off work today My question is since the 12x xp ends tomorrow night will SW be extending it any? Kind of hard for people to take advantage of it if we can't even get online
