I don't think that this is an error coming from our side. If it was, there would be far less people having the problem. With this many people having not received the codes the problem is likely very global, but it is hard to assume what exactly has gone wrong.

So, in the subscriber rewards program that is currently active, there is a reward of the HK-55 bonus mission for which it is stated: "Choose to be a continuous Subscriber from January 11 to August 1 and unlock a special bonus chapter where you PLAY AS HK-55, undertaking a special personal mission as the iconic Droid." If I've understood it correctly, I have to be a subscriber at EVERY moment from january 11 to august 1 to get this reward. Does anyone know if this is absolutely true or is it possible for me to drop to the prefered status for half a day when my subscription ends before prolonging it? Is it maybe possible for me to get the bonus chapter by just getting all the other rewards from the subscriber rewards program(being a subscriber on the first days all the months through which this subscriber rewards program is active(february 1st, march 1st, april 1st,etc.))? Or, if not any of the things I stated, what is the actual case for this bonus chapter?

This is becoming uncool, would be great if they would atleast let us now if they were doing something through the developer tracker, at the moment we don't even know if they have archived the problem or if they are still working on it, and if they are, what is their progress..

Why do you guys hysterize about this so much? Insulting Bioware isn't going to get you anywhere, or do you think it will motive them into solving this problem faster? None of you even have an idea what is really going on, since none of you has enough information for it. The Bioware is probably doing what they can at the moment to solve this problem, and the best thing we can do is to give them hints and clues of what is going on our side so that they can get an idea on what has happened on their side. I doubt Bioware is trying to tease any of us, and even IF they were trying, this would be a very poor attempt, for there are other things they could do that could much easily bother much more people. What they are interested in is how many people subscribe to this game, and because of it they will work to make the game better and more enjoyable, but noone can do it petfectly, since there are always some kinds of technological problems that need to be solved. Please try to have some understanding and give them some time and encouragement to solve this problem, they will solve it one day and, who knows, we might even get some compensation bonus(probably not if you keep insulting them) for having to wait longer for the cartel coins. If they choose to not give the codes in the end or something like that, then it will be the time to tell them that what they are doing isn't right and to complain, but that is not the case at the moment, is it? For now they are doing what they can, and sooner or later we will be given the codes in one way or another, we just need to be patient. And also, I doubt any of you are truly more productive and feel better when you are being shouted at or insulted, which is also the case for them. Most of them probably don't even know of this thread, and those employees who do know would probably see us as unpatient and ununderstanding community, which doesn't help either them or us. As i said, the only thing we can do that can actually help us in getting somwhere is cooperation with them, which is what I am requesting from you.

I still haven't got the email with the codes, but looking a bit through my mail I noticed that I was getting emails from swtor@email.swtor.com up to 15.12.2015, which is the date of the last mail from swtor@email.swtor.com I got, the one with the name "HK-55 Returns…As Your Personal Assassin Droid!‏ ". I am guessing that there were probably more mails that this email adress had sent in the next two months other than the "A Familiar Face Joins Your Team - Play Chapter 10 Now!". Maybe, for some reason, i stopped getting emails from swtor@email.swtor.com after 15.12.2015, and thus I didn't get the email with the codes either. I've checked my blocked emails and swtor@email.swtor.com isn't there, and my spam folder doesn't have any mails from swtor@email.swtor.com. I also do not remember sending any of swtor's mails to spam or deleting them. Does anyone have a similiar problem? Were there any mails sent from swtor@email.swtor.com after 15.12.2015 other than the one with the codes?

Ok, you can call me a pvp noob, but I am not succeding in kiting. Usually, when a mara or jugg focus on me, i use force speed and force slow, temporary get away, use a few skills, but not nearly enough to damage him critically before he gets on me again, then i stun him and again get away, use a few skills and he is unto me again. At this point I have used mostly all of my kiting arsenal which is now on cooldown, and all I can do is run away from him and use skills which can be activated while moving, which is not enough to do serious damage. In the end, he/she catches me and fastly finishes me off. What is it that I should improve or do differently? Thanks in advance.

I also don't have much problem with getting the purples. I have a companion with an influence rank of 28 and every second or third time, sometimes fourth time, I send her on a specific mission she brings me purples.

Does that mean it is then possible to RE all items crafted by others or is it only possible for some items such as enhancements?

Hello, I have maxed out my artifice and now I have quite a few things to craft for a profit on a GTN, such as relics. Since I would like to get as much profit as I can, I would like to craft the items which are most wanted and cost the most on GTN, but, since there are so many items, i am not succeeding in pinpointing which item I would give the biggest profit in selling. Does anyone have this problem solved, or at least have any leads or advices to give me? P.S. I am on the server "The Red Eclipse", which might be important because the prices on the GTN vary from server to server. Thanks in advance

I have only one set item and thus i have no bonuses. None of my gear is augmented yet since augmentation is kind of expensive so i was planning to start augmenting my gear once i got 220s. So..what would you guys suggest that i improve? I know my gear isn't the best atm, but it would be great if i knew to what amount should i raise my alacrity, critical and so on. Up 'till now I've only concentrated on getting my power and crit up. what is the ability qing and the ability q-time?

Are you sure that my dps has to be 4.5k or higher? I seem to have 3.6k on the operations dummy, is that too low even for SM? And could someone say what would be the optimal sage dps for SM's(if it isn't 4.5k or above) and HM's?

Hello, i would like to emphasize the bug in the flashpoint false emperor in solo mode. In the battle against the two prototype droids, their skill(in which they throw something at you, I forgot its name) does a 1 hit KO, no matter the amount of health one has. Would be great if this bug were to be repaired.

Hello everyone, I have hit the 65 and i have gotten 208/216 gear. I am wondering which sub-class, balance or telekinetics, would have the biggest dps in PVE. Also, is there a way to measure the dps ingame while plaing(on lets say a dummy on a ship)? I have been using telekinetics up until now and I think it is going on pretty nice, but I don't have anything to really compare it with.

Good job on making this, dude, but I'm confused, what is the point in having this if it is relatively easy to get gear from operations and pvp on the max level, and all that gear has better enhancements? Or is there a way to get schematics for better enhancements? When I chose artifice for a crew skill when I started playing I thought i would be able to make lightsabers and crystals that would be better than those i could get by doing ops and fp on the max level. What is the point in having 450 in artifice if I can't get any good gear from it? Atleast if I could make something that would look somewhat unique I'd be happy, but this is just sad..
