Don't forget to mention our worthless 4set PvE/PvP bonus' ;P 5 Energy won't make or break the fight. Look at Sorcs they get on the same scale as us 10 energy (500 Force + 50 Force from bonus/100 Energy + 5 Energy from bonus) Or their dps sets 5% Alacrity! I mean it's not the best but still... better than 5 energy lol.

Basically the title. Is alacrity worth more than surge now? Are there some healers that benefit more from it? Or some healers that should never touch it? I haven't found a good guide specifying why or why not alacrity is good.
