All this hype for very little content for an "expansion" At least with Knights of the Fallen Empire and the Eternal Throne I quickly realized that I would see an hour of content a month.

I have a ticket in since December 19th that has not been responded to as of yet.

Heroic Mode?) Heroic •Your personal experience while playing this content I cleared all of Heroic Star Fortress up to the last boss. The challenge level up to that point was refreshing - not too easy like before. On the Exarch I could not get past the 3rd stage of that fight... wiped many many times and gave up. I know this class pretty well I think and I liked the challenge but had to quit I was not getting past that point. I have not tried the regular heroic 2's again. The repetition was boring me. I will try them again though.

Very good information here. The heroic star fortresses pre-nerf were easy. i completed 2 of them with ease and they both were without the buff. I tried one yesterday and could not defeat the final boss... everything else was more difficult than before but I did not wipe on anything before the last boss. I am in all 208 gear (no augments) and a 216 offhand. I prefer to play solo. I think I use a good rotation, crowd control, cooldowns, etc. I did use Heroic Moment. I did use the buff at the beginning. I did use a stim. I DID NOT carry adrenals. I DID NOT have augments (working on that) The Alliance Specialists are close to level 10 but not quite (working on that) I appreciate the challenge provided. it was too easy before. Again thanks for the tips.

There have already been previews showing he was part of the empire... this trailer shows he has an important role from my perspective. Actually... I thought of the Old Republic right away with all the changes in allegiance we have seen with Revan and many other examples in SWTOR. I am excited to see how it plays out.

My two cents.... I very rarely comment but I read general discussion daily. Founder here... started my sub at recurring 6 months because I knew I would love this game based on my experience with KOTOR games. I I leveled 4 toons to 50 in in the first year and loved it. I stopped playing for a while... don't remember when exactly. I just didn't want to do the grind again but I loved the class stories. To me... doing all the side quests again was a grind so I stopped playing. When SoR was introduced I was intrigued. It got me back in the game just because it was REVAN (I realize the story of Revan is a bit much but it is still REVAN). Then I saw the 12X... I immediately bought SoR and started leveling new characters. Running the class stories uninterrupted was a HUGE draw for me. I replayed a couple of the stories I had done already and also leveled 3 more new classes/stories. I loved it. Bioware is getting my $15 a month again. They would not have happened without SoR and 12X. If 12X brings more subs it is good for the health of SWTOR and Bioware makes more money. That is why they are doing it obviously. All this stuff about bad players and who should and should not get the 12X isn't important in my opinion.

Look on the map in the crew skills area of your fleet... once you see it on the map you will figure it out. Coruscant/Dromuund Kaas costs about 5K to get access. Nar Shadaa is free if you have a sub. Tat will cost 2.5MM credits or something like that to unlock. Once you have them unlocked you will see them from the Stronghold tab and you can go right to them.

This is basically what I was going to say. Once I acquired Energy Blast I use Hammer Shot much less and I am able to use my other hard hitting abilities more often with much less concern of low ammo. Just from reading on forums here and elsewhere - Gut seems to be the more popular option. I can't comment because I haven't tried it.

*** as a reminder Operation talon appears to be the quest right after completing The Gauntlet *** Operation Talon is my next class quest. I already went to General Garza to talk with her about this quest. However, my quest log still says I need to speak with her about it. I also have "green arrows" pointing me to somewhere in Black Sun - Coruscant. When I go there I see nothing once in the wing of that zone it tells me to visit. I have gone back to visit Garza but she tells me "you have your orders" and there is nothing else. Anyone else have problems with the beginning of this quest? Thanks for your help.

Dec 6th - I am in!!

I think it was pretty clear that we would enter the game in the early access in waves. Maybe everyone is upset because the open beta weekend was successful and hoped that we would all get in? I have been reading these threads all day. I haven't seen this though... the open beta weekend was also done in daily waves wasn't it? The big difference is we all knew well in advance what day we would play. It would have been nice if that happened for early access as well. I think most people are upset because they are anxious to play but don't know when they will play (I know - stating the obvious). Wasn't the open beta weekend staggered over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday? Something tells me that most of the pre-order customers will be in the game by December 15th. I don't know anything just speculating...
