So as everyone knows healers were "readjusted" in 1.2 and then in patch 1.3 tanks were just "readjusted"... All the damage dealers out there grabbed their popcorn and watched the eloquent discussions about the above roles and why the changes were for the worse. They would occasionally pop their heads in and say QQ MOAR!!!! NOMNOM popcorn tasty. /droll Can anyone see where this is going??? Patch 1.4 will be about DAMAGE DEALERS "readjustment" So all you tanks and healers out there have your popcorn and umbrellas ready! ☔ We are going to see the forums drown in the tears of the damage dealers.

It seems that the level you are equals the valor cap you can get until 50 ie (if your lvl 20 your valor rank can only go up to 20). Is this suppose to be the case?
