  1. In this particular case,.. I wouldn't be to upset by it...
  2. While I understand what the gripe was; people using slicing missions which gave a much higher reward than cost making it free money.... I'm unsure how this is the sole reason for a worry about the economy. I have a jedi guardian,... synthweaving, archeology, and underworld trading. I played through the game and didn't waste my money buying crap off the AH for inflated prices because I either made my upgrades or got them as quest rewards. I trained every level and sold extra stuff on the ah simply for the price it automatically suggested it to sell for when you put it up. One thing I did do is run every mission and heroic I've come across at least once. I run green+ space mission quests everyday. I'm currently level 39, my synthweaving is 367, archeology is 340, underworld trading is 325. I have all my training complete and I have about 1,400,000 credits. Yes, 1.4 million credits. The game gives out credits like candy on Halloween. I fully expect it to look like SWG did when I played,... Pre NGE, Pre Combat Ugrade, in vanilla SWG my droid engineer had 80,000,000 credits before I gave it all away and quit. Money is worthless in this game, think about credits as yen and have a nice day.
  3. So what he's saying is that he's upset that he picked a conversation choice which produces a bug that's BEEN KNOWN SINCE SEPTEMBER (3 MONTHS BEFORE THE GAME WENT LIVE). I'm sorry but I only played in 1 weekend stress test before the game was released, I preordered my game the day preorders went live. I started playing the game on 12/13/11. I knew about the bug, I avoided choosing the conversation option that produced the KNOWN bug. And now my character is level 40, I've had many conversation dialogues with Kira on my ship since then and I haven't had an issue. So while I understand that it's upsetting that they still haven't squashed the bug, I really have to ask why did you choose the KNOWN BUGGED CONVERSATION DIALOGUE KNOWING IT WOULD BUG DIALOGUE OPTIONS IN THE FUTURE WITH YOUR COMPANION? Remember, we're talking about EAs hand in the mix when you use the excuse because it should have been fixed by now....
  4. As far as I've been able to tell, they say,"NO! That's a bad Jedi!" The most I've ever heard as punishment is being kicked out of the order, stripped of title and exiled. I didn't know it was possible to take someone's powers from them. Though I suspect if/when possible they use governing authorities laws as a loophole to allow capital punishment/imprisonment. Capture said rogue Jedi, and if treason was committed against the Republic they'd allow them to "fairly" stand trial for their crimes and respect the ruling of the Republic. Even if the ruling was execution.
  5. I'm hoping they capped the servers well below their capacity and are just fine tweaking before opening more servers. If not, I hope they're scrambling for server upgrades and getting more servers open. I'll have my fingers crossed that in the not to distant future they'll offer realm transfers off of populated servers.
  6. I think the longest queue I've sat it was for WoW, I was on Doomhammer and it hit around 1900. I watched a movie, did some homework, ate dinner and got to play for an hour before I went to bed. I survived lol
  7. Meh, I remember queues in World of Warcraft. My worry is if they're at 30 minutes now, what will they be like once the game actually launches?
  8. From personal experience I'd have to say the worst MMO game lost to date is Anarchy Online,... Sony is a close second with Star Wars Galaxies. They tried to make it the worst by re-releasing the game with entirely new mechanics twice though,... =P
  9. The fun fact of the day is,... life isn't fair. And the best part of all is that in a couple of weeks it wont matter anymore.
  10. The select few get to play because they preordered the game before you did. You had, within reason, an opportunity to preorder the game on 7/21/11. You decided to wait to preorder, so Bioware has decided to wait before giving you early access.
  11. 7/23/11,... Game's been a blast,.... Got in on wave 3.... Good luck tomorrow.
  12. I preordered on 7/21/11, and redeemed it the same day as well, and also still no invite... Less than 24 hours worth of pre-orders playing is a very small window of days indeed...
