Anyone know a heavy populated server with balanced reps to sith or close to it ?Thanks

Anyone else have this bug? In every conversation im in she wont lose or gain any affection I'm not sure i remember at what point it stopped but she got stuck at like 2k affection. I'm now on act2 and still the only way to raise her affection is to give her gifts. Her affection wont raise or lower in any conversation not even class quest ones. Any suggestions? or has anyone else gone thorugh this?
