This is done, because Normal modes were thought to be a Puggable experience. So instead of having all those OMG I got NINJA'D threads they basically made it ninja proof.

It goes instant > 30 secs > 2mins > 10 mins. Just stop dying so much so quickly. AKA L2P.
This... it's not rocket science... and you can rez instantly... not just from where you died last. You can always Med Center, it. Which is always instant.

I accidentaly chose the Eliminator Rakata chest instead of the Tech one for my DPS Vanguard. I submitted a detailed help ticket in game. The next morning the Eliminator was out of my inventory and the Tech was in the mail. The mail noted that I can only do this 3 times.
3 times within 6 months to be exact. At least thats what my mail said.

Im not with the OP, this games death penalty is weak compared to many MMOs out there. You get 3 shots at an area with a semi-decent rez timer. After the 4th you should probably re-evaluate what you are doing or if you should even be in this area.

Could be but like the other poster menitoned, you can do all the PVE quests on Ilum without getting flagged. I completed the planet chain and run the dailies quite often without getting flagged.
You do realize I was the first person in this thread who said that you can do all the Ilum PvE Dailies without getting flagged, right?
-
I haven't been there myself yet. So I went off the idea that Ilum was the 'PvP world'. But perhaps what the OP was doing was taking a route to a mission that dipped into a PvP area when they could of skirted around it?
Basically, there are two bases per side, it's very possible he's getting close to one of these bases.
-
Ummm... unless you are going near Imperial area's that would cause you to flag the PvE section of Ilum is in fact not a PvP area.
You can, however, drive your speeder to the PvP section of Ilum and become flagged, but there are NO, zilch, nadda, PvE quests in that area of Ilum. All of the PvE quests on Ilum be it Republic or Imperial don't require you to get flagged.
Unless, of course you are on PvP server... then it really doesn't matter now does it.

Male Model: 4 FTW! So what if I can't easily get the Datacron on Alderaan... I don't have a big butt.

At least this is isn't WoW... "Not Enough Rage" "Not Enough Rage" "Not Enough Rage"... and of course my character is saying this...
-
lol... I was trying to figure out why it was sounding so weird... besides the fact he sounds like a little kid, no offense about that... He's only talking out of my LFront speaker on my surround sound system...

Crew Skills are getting overhauled in 1.2

i would go with power, i once saw someone say that +5 power = +1dmg/healed hp. and with the nerf to surge coming up (or has it been nerfed already?) i feel like crit wont be as useful.
It has come and you should start moving away from Surge between 70%-75% once you hit 75% the amount gain drops off the charts.

It's in general abilities. When you hit "p"

Yes, quickly get it off the general forums so people can go back to pretending TOR is a good game!
Maybe its the people who think its a bad game are pretending? Funny how opinions work.

Hey Guys, may have made a big mistake but maybe someone can help. When I went to the final level to fight the Emperor my T7 I just stripped of everything cause I was looking to use Kira to help me fight the Emperor. After I finished I was going to come out and build may characters up. However it seems T7 is the only person you can use so now I can't win because my companian it about as useful as toothbrush against a lightsaber.
Is there a way out of this so I can get back to the Republic Fleet Market place and kit him out?
Get a friend or a guildie to give ya a hand.

My guild have collectively stuck their heads in the sands and believe 1.2 to be some king of winged saviour, gallantly riding through the skies astride a white horse, rushing to rescue them.
I know the truth, however: you cannot polish a turd.
Actually, Mythbusters proved you can in fact polish a turd. It's also just a turd in the eyes of the beholder.

Your number 2 is confusing? Which makes it confusing is your number 3... How did you get to level 42?
-
Yes you can get a belt.
For 60 Fleet Commendations you can buy a moddable belt at the Fleet seller. It's a Droid and it's near the Speeder Vendor on the Fleet.
It has Armoring and Mod slots. Only drawback is that it's light armour.
Always forget about that since all my character's wear medium or heavy armor.
-
Nope, only with a crafted critical with an augment slot. That's about as close to modable you can get.
-
What I don't get are the anti-fanboies. The ones who believe if you enjoy ToR you are somehow an uninformed gamer. Someone who doesn't know games and settles for trash. I agree on many negative points people bring up. I won't, however, quit the game due to the small-ish bugs or "missing" features... Which most I don't see as a deal breaker. I see the potential ToR can be and that's why I keep playing. Plus my guild is a fun, active; group of guys and girls.

Just because you can't find a group on not-named server doesn't mean I can't find a group on not-named server.

emulator is frre 7 bucks is a pint of beer lol
And that's why I avoid the bar scene. I get a 6 pack of Stella for 6-7 bucks.

It's an object that isn't required. Also if you have a sage friend of sorc they can pull you past the door. Also if you are a knight/warrior you can duel a smaller friend have them go through the door and force leap at them.
