So I was browsing through the wares of the Rakata bounty hunter vendor looking for what should be my next priority as a powertech tank and I noticed that every piece of the supercommando rakata set provides alot of accuracy. Per say, I was used to it with the whole Columi set, but what striked me as odd was that every single piece of the set had some. In the case of the Columi set, I basically bypassed that stat by running Battle of Ilum and Boarding party for the head/gloves so I could acquire stats I deem more useful, but once I get to Rakata, I feel like it's not going to be a plan.
Hence my suggestions:
PVE (and/or PVP) mod vendor: Using an existing or new commendation or a new token, one could purchase mods or enhancements of a certain quality(51-56-58). This would allow one to get a gear that fits exactly one's need in stat.
Maybe I am missing a point somewhere and those current stats are somewhat necessary, but it feels like a missed opportunity. With the upcoming detachable armoring, we will be able to create a unique look with the quality of a high tier gear, therefore satisfying the snowflake-appeal of some, or most, or all(no metrics to testify) players. It would only be a crank higher to have a full power of customization over our combat statistics by purchasing the right mod instead of the whole piece. The crafting reverse-engineering system is already much of a success in that respect.
Anyway, food for though, and to be honest, Pazzaak and Podracing would be on a higher priority than this. But the game seems to have the necessary prerequisites to make a such project successful.
