  1. My server, Infinity Gate (Republic) has almost no one on, ever.

    I haven't even done a hardmode or Ops and I have 2 50's ready to go!

    I play on The Fatman (Imperial) and things are going on all the time.

    I just don't want to leave 2 max level on a ghost server is all :mad:

    Maybe merge a few servers so I can play with some people?

  2. So Valor Rank is capped with player level.

    So, what's one to do with all this excess, useless valor?

    Might I suggest excess Valor converts to XP at a 2:1 ratio?

    So I'm Valor rank capped, I get 2k Valor, it converts to 1k XP!

    Wouldn't that be lovely!?

  3. Is terrible. What are you even supposed to do? You have very little at your disposable as far as CC or reliable slows go (your CC also CCs yourself, awesome)

     

    Your doing it wrong. (imo)

    Spec Defense and use DPS gear.

    You can't lose 1v1 and 1v2 is doable.

  4. Yes, I find this frustrating. I only care about keeping track of my own HoTs and DoTs that I can cleanse. The UI in this game is just horrible for healing.

     

    @OP:

     

    If it's any consolation, I don't have a spammable DoT. Mine costs 20 energy, so if I cast it 5 times in a row, I'm hosed. I can't speak for other classes, but it seems unlikely that theirs are spammable. I could be wrong though. :p

     

    Nice to know I'm not the only one frustrated by the UI as a healer (50 commando 42 Guardian)

    NP keeping my healing Commando DoT free, but there is no way to know if a teammate has DoTs you can dispell without clicking on him >.< Sage/Src DoT is dumb.

    Only in regards that it keeps someone from capping.

    I would like to see only ACTIVE ablities persay to interrupt capping.

    Tab+DoTs seems lame and gimpy.

    Then again, I can't 8P

So as a sentinel I rush a turret with one or two defenders, wipe them out but the pyrotech with his dying breath puts a 15 second dot on me, respawns, takes time to buff himself, checks his reflection in the mirror and thinks 'ok i had better get back to that turret that silly sentinel with no purge thinks he is taking'. Fair? Of course it isnt. Lol at the l2p, thats what the other 7 are for idiots.

     

    Really can't say it better.

  6. so other people purging me is a l2p issue eh? makes sense... id like to see you ask for a purge while trying to plant a door before reinforcements come or even in combat, even if you get it off only healers are the ones who pay attention to their teammates

     

    You raise a valid point.

    In WoW I could view AND filter DoTs i could dispel via Grid and later the WoW UI.

    As heals I have no way of knowing if you have debuffs that are cleanseable unless I target you and mouse-over your debuffs.

    The UI may be more of an issue than the L2P thinking.

    It's just lame that one global can keep someone from capping for ten seconds+

  8. I just hate losing my buddies and them having to finish or drop so we can play again.

    Mind you, this happens once in a blue moon, the DC, not playing with friends 8P

  9. I can't cap because a guy can hit a spamable ability on me and my buddies.

    Seriously, dots preventing bombs is very frustrating.

    Anyone else thinks dots are OP on Voidstar?:cool:

  11. Ok, my greivances have been addressed.

     

    After a long and arduous journey slogging through Biochem, I now only require Grade 6 mats.

     

    I am happy to report that at Grade 6 I haven't seen 1 hypo/first aid mission appear in the teir.

     

    In conclusion, it gets better.:rolleyes:

  12. Gathering skills...challenging?

    A few mouse clicks with no time constraints is hardly challenging.

     

    I don't mind the skills that provide blue/purple quality mats not having a bunch of missions at once for them.

    That makes it balanced.

     

    I was refering to the skills that get green quality mats. It's frustrating when you get nothing but first aid kits and hypo-syringe missions.

  13. So, go to send my companion to gather grade 5 Bioanalysis mats....

     

    Hypo syringes x2

    Implant processors x2

    mod Samples x1

     

    comeback 30 mins later...

     

    Implants x3

    Hypos x1

    Samples x1

     

    This is just an example but has been going on for quite sometime.

     

    Anyone else find it frustratingly difficult to get Bio mats compared to scavenging, etc?

    Is this as intended >.<

     

    Also why are there 3 different kinds of samples and compounds per level?

    This makes it foggy to understand what exactly I'm sending my companion after, or is it supposed to be a gamble?

  14. I love the dps of my commando, the Guardian seems more built for being annoying though.

    I love being annoying ^.^

    Spamming our aoe snare is win in huttball (especially since todays patch)

    Being able to make a guy win a 1v1 with guard is funny.

    Also I love being able to single someone out for a bit and keep them tied up til my teammates can come zerg them.

    And the survivablity of the tank spec makes for long epic lulz.

    If you want to be a pew pew master, pry picked the wrong class.

    If I wanted to do dps with a lightsaber I would've gpne Shadow or Senteniel.

    But everyone knows that the cool kids use **1** lightsaber.

    If your PvPing as a Guardian you'll have a lot more fun playing the F--K You part than if your trying to be a KB machine.
