    No you cant. You can only buy for the current character armor.
  2. I couldn't agree more. You cover it loud and clear. They DIDN'T designed for Open World PvP - more likely for Small (10 vs 10?) World PvP. If they are 30 or more people on screen the FPS goes to 0. If that is not bad design what is?
  3. The problem with the gear gap between advanced and newer players was always exist in any period of MMO's. But was never game breaker, simply because in time everyone have the chance to get a decent armor and enjoy a good game. I never had problem even if i had lower armor then other, simply because the actual PvP game was balanced enough, so able to ENJOY it. The thing that a player cant change is the design mistakes like Resolve.
  4. To sum everyone thoughts negative or (if any) positive posts: The resolve system is broken and too many stuns making the PvP game unplayable in some cases. Resolve/Stuns is not contribute to PvP game experience (have fun anyone after 3 stuns and death btw?) but more likely destroy it. The problem is that Resolve/Stuns at the current state IS more like design accident. The problem in my opinion is from start the very wrong design. They should never had bring/invent the Resolve and Stuns in the constant (by origin) PvP action. Sometimes i am laughing when i read detailed threads about "how that ability works", "that hit is more powerful then other", "nerf that, nerf the other, nerf them all...", "raise overall damage on all classes", "lower damage on all classes" and many other such things. All this things is a very small % of the actual PvP game. Somewhere in the road we lost the true meaning of what PvP is. Quick, bloody and brutal enough to make you feel that you actually making THE PvP and not PvP with PvE rules in PvP (designed) theaters:] I was never strong fun with wz's, instances or whatever name it. The real fun in PvP is only Open World PvP (i am not talking about PvP servers - thats another story). But the Open World PvP is the last problem that TOR have with the accident that THEY call PvP. REMOVE Resolve and stuns totally and redesign (why not?) all the Classes for the PvP Environment.
  5. Well is your opinion and i respect it... But is not boring enough to see your char dieing without able to do nothing? The CC is actually fun? Well in my opinion not.
  6. If we don't have CC, we can actually play PvP and may the best player wins (not the best CCer wins)
  7. Like i said in another post remove Resolve system and let the bloodbath begin. Kill till death or fight till death. The player that shooting, healing, defending better wins!! Is exact what we don't have now. They invent the Resolve system and numerous Stun abilities to address the problem with the unbalance of Classes in pvp game play. "This class is too powerfull - will have 1 Stun. This class is too weak - give him 4 Stuns". The class balance start and stops to how many stuns with have each class. The problem is not the way that Resolve/stun working, but that exist. In old school/period of PvP Resolve and stun was not exist. Was a few slow movement abilities but that was all. The PvP was pure fight or die. Was NOT who have the bigger/better stuns wins. Some new players will not know what i mean. But is exact what pvp was in my time and was the best pvp ever - no matter what game you was playing.
  8. Is exact what pvp is... Most powerful player wins. Not the one that have the most stuns. Balance must occur by other way. Not the stupid: "Ohh this class have more powerful attacks - cant stun. Ahh this class is too weak - give him 5 stuns" What the heck?! They cant design the classes satisfactorily for pvp game play , so they invent stuns?
  9. Remove resolve totally and let the bloodbath start. I am an old (in age and school) pvper when resolve was simply not exist. Maybe was a few abilities for slow players, but stun and etc stuff was simply unknown. Let us play till death. And not stunned till death tsk tsk Who ever shooting bigger lets win. Who ever can defend better lets win. Who ever heals better lets win. Who ever have the best team lets win. This is what really matters in pvp. All the other is just... (put your own word there, i know my word). In my opinion resolve system and 3 - 4 - 5 different kind of stuns - or whatever you call it - is just not pvp!!
  10. Bioware broke PvP totally. I am very disappointed with the current status. I cant imagine what else they will break with the next* patch/fix
  11. Yep i agree totally. Is very bad people insult people just because they dont have the right armor...

To have 1 armor is what will make the difference, because you will not need to grind 2 - 3 months (some people have some decent real life) just to come to same level - not because you are better - but because you have the armor. PvP is to have fun (at least to the old school people like me). Otherwise is a big grind fest. Armor cant be the target. PvP content must be the target:] If they fix CC and working properly maybe is viable in PvP. But right now BW had made a very bad update and the CC function is almost ridiculous.
  13. Nop i am not PvE hero and almost never played PvE end game content in TOR. I dont like it anyway. I am playing mostly PvP in any game i play. So excuse me if i tell my opinion. I have only PvP Wh armor and nothing from PvE, just fyi. Is my thoughts and i dont like people to insult just because someone have different opinion.
  14. I read all the posts about the gear based PvP and about CC. Especially after 1.4 the CC issue have come to ridiculous point anymore. I think the solutions can be simplified in 2 things: 1) Remove CC completely from PvP. 2) Remove Expertise from PVP gear. After all the analysis i have seen around, those 2 things can make a big difference for the PvP.
