Been mostly running my Shield Tech PT on Imp side. But looking to get my Vangaurd in on some action. I have read the other posts in this section, and realize this might be futile. So all that being said, of the people that read this on a regular basis, is there a team or guild looking for a PvP tank that wants to run ranked pvp on a regular basis. Hit me up on here or in game on Timber'king-Pub side or Timber'wolve-Imp side.

I agree...and I am not saying otherwise. I was just saying that people do it. Also a lot of raiders do it just to get the relics...which are very good.

To be competitive yes you need to have the gear. However I see a lot of people just run in there pve gear to get ranked comms. Your at disadvantage but gear isn't "everything". Gear doesn't mean your good...just means you put in more time. Lack of gear doesn't mean your bad, ect, ect...

I agree...but I don't agree. I really enjoyed 8v8 and was bummed when they took it out. But unless they bring out cross server q's, you will be waiting FOREVER for a match. With space, and areana pvp, just don't have the #'s not to mention new games coming out that will draw people away as well. But I did like 8v8

I was on my Merc healer ( I know there not the best..but I am decent and I like it) in a CW match. For starters...the Jugg in tank stance wasn't guarding anyone. Then match starts, this jug is jumping around following people behind pillars and out of range. He dies...Rages at me for not healing him. I just ask him to not LoS me so much and I will do my best to heal. Match ends- Him- DPS under 100k, his protection 0 I mean come on, how can you not even accidently have protection points Another story, not a baddy but funny! A friend of mine was queing with me, both of us PT's. I was full tank and he was running as an AP tank. We had a really good team and set up running lanes really well. Didn't have any pullers or rollers so just ran the ball. And of the match. My buddy had 0 dps 0 protection 0 heals and something like 15000 objective points.

I'll be honest I run with a premade. And I will continue to run with them until a couple things happen 1-They either add a daily/weekly or make the ranked matchs count towards it 2-My friends that I group with are geared (My sniper is in full 78's) enough to run ranked 4's On days I don't work or my friends aren't on, I do try to run solo ranked. But that gets old fast. I do enjoy the ranked matchs 4v4, but it can be a pain to put together a pug team.

Timber'wolve PT tank...I would be willing to group up with some good healers and dps for some ranked group fun. I am in the arena channel, and the facebook group. I'll look up the mumble info when I get a chance.

Run parsec while pvping. I would think that would give you a pretty accurate number.

Might just be a dumb idea...but if he stays in the match and your able to communicate with the other team. Get him killed off, and maybe, just maybe the other team will play a player short. If you take the "fun" out of his little game he will go away. Like I said...might be dumb...

Down side of that is that you won't have the shells to turn in for the next level of gear. Would have to regrind to get shells.

Does anyone else see a problem here? Why worry about the healers...send 2 people and keep the 2 healers busy (chances are they won't kill you) get the other 2 nodes, sending 2 healers away from the group kinda gimps your team...unless there are 4 plus on the team...at which point the won't be killing much anyway. Seems dumb to even consider throwing 6 dps at 2 healers when it isn't needed.
