I understand from listening from general chat.That for a Jug(pvp tank).This is what to shoot for. 30% exp/50% absorpation/50% sheild. Is this correct?

I am losing connection as I am playing.Customer service mentioned to program these port numbers but refer to Mfg on how to.The numbers supplied are 8995,12000-12999,20000-30000 (TCP). The router is a Lynksystem E4200.Where exactly do I program these port numbers in. There is a single port fowarding tab/port range fowarding tab/port range triggering/DMZ/QOS.Again where do these numbers go? Thanks all for the help as this gets very old getting kicked out and then placed in a que for another 20min:)
