dnt need to get any solicitor or anything like that, it dnt work that way. just report it to trading standards and EA receive a massive fine if they are found guilty

if bioware informed me that i was unlikely to get 5 days earily access and i would realistically only get 1 or 2. i would not have payed £45 to origin where BW makes 100% of the money. i would have gone to a store and payed £35 for it where BW dnt make nearly as much. thats why its false advertising. they make ****loads more money from pre-orders than selling through a shop. i was misinformed.

stating on the site that we can get upto 5 days earily acess in december when BW have no intention to give us 5 days, more like 1 or 2 days earily access for people who pre-ordered in December who payed the same amount of money as everyone else is false advertising witch could be reported?

i think its unfair that people who pre-ordered 2 months ago get early acess before the people who ordered 2 weeks ago. what does it matter? people of ordered 2 weeks ago still pre-ordered before any release date and we still payed the same amount. should be people who was stupid enough to pay from the EA site £45 for a pre-order getting in first over people who ordered from stores because they make more money from it. since all the money goes to EA when you order origin we should get in first. you can order this from amazon for £37 and how much do EA make when amazon also take a cut? not £45 thats for sure.
