For the last few days, I have had some trouble casting Static Barrier on some group members in HM FP. The game will state "Target cannot benefit from this effect yet." This will occur even though the player does not have the Deionized debuff on them. This bug will come and go through the HM FP. Just wanted to know if any other healers or Sorcerers were having same problem? Note: I'm level 50 and plz don't say that I have to wait until the debuff is gone before I can recast Static Shield. I already know this.
