  1. I won't explain Bolster to you then, and I also won't remind you this is not Warcraft, and this game was not intended to be like "other mmo's". I also won't get into a discussion on how team work trumps levels and gear in a Bolster system. I will show myself to the door *Opens Door, walks out and and slams it hard*
  2. Stealth classes can be CC'ed atm, that is their weakness. You see one CC it and pay attention, cause they will get away. Nothing needs to be fixed, your having trouble dealing with it and I understand. You have to learn to adapt to it and forget about the stealth mechanic you despise, cause all that is going to do is waste your time.

    PVP is terrible

Another thread atm, come on give it up..
  4. I agree, to argue this is to think gear and xp is more important than the kill. You know why I PvP? To win, and also to beat other people. Gear, xp, and fame is icing on the cake, but it does not define my intention to beat people up and to win. That is what PvP is, victory vs your opponents.
  5. This game is way to young to predict anything, and also to overreact. Honesty Illum and open-world has not been to its full potential yet, hell game is only 1 day old. Game release was the 20th, it is the 21st, why are we having this discussion?
  6. It does give a solid gamer a advantage in raids and in pvp when using macro's atm. But I could live without them cause it does not define me as a gamer. I did use them in arena, and in raids with my healer, mouse-over is great and I do support some things. Thing with me is people define SWTOR less because it doesn't have all them wonderful oh .... buttons...
  7. You are a example on why there needs to be ways besides keybinds for the game atm. I totally support any help for people that has problems like yourself, so please don't take me the wrong way like I am against macro's, I played Warcraft for over 8 years using them. Keybinds is not a bad thing though atm, actually it is alot easier to adopt to it with time. Macro's does help procs and other things needed, hell even mouse-over healing is great. I just don't believe all them things are needed for those that don't have a disability, know what I mean.
  8. Did I mention I have been doing this for a long time?.. I do understand what they are, and it does not define a true gamer. It is like fast-food, is it original and homemade, or is it pre-cooked... Get the metaphor? Honesty I have no problems with it, my intentions in my post is not about macro's or add-ons, I just wanted you guys to know SWTOR not having it does not mean it is any less of a mmo.
  9. Hello my fellow gamers alike! I will make this blunt, and will answer as best as I can on this exact subject which is PVP. I have been gaming for a long time, and my point of views are not from a fanboy eyeball, I look at what a game has to offer in all things. Now to the truth, I do think SWTOR PVP is the freshest we have seen in a long time when it comes to PVP. I have played Open-World in Aion, SWG, Rohan, Warhammer, to name a few. I do think SWTOR has the right intention to introduce a new style of PVP to us for years to come. Now I do think the gaming community coming from others games like Warcraft are not used to this style of play due to no macros, and all the self made junk alot of us gamers has been used to all these years. To be honest macro's, add-ons, and all the crap does not make a gamer better, just makes gaming easier and more fluent. I do think the keybind system in SWTOR is ok, yes I would like to see some improvements on my combat UI, but all those things are coming, and people trying rush perfection needs to get a grip and be patient. Now the Warzones for me are alot of fun, Huttball is a breath of fresh air and brings a new competitive way to PVP, which I appreciate. I have been lucky and played with some teams that play it right, the complaint I see alot is CC, and people dealing with it. I happen to think the CC is fine, and if you can't handle it don't PVP. Now the endgame is near, but so far away due to this game still being a new born baby. I imagine there is going to be guildwars, and some really fun open-world PvP coming on the PVP servers very soon. Conclusion: Bioware has done a fantastic job, really. I started playing mmo's when EQ hit the mmo market. I am 35 years old and like I said been doing this for a long time The hype really is living up to what I aspected and do think this is the best game the mmo market has seen since we all realized Warcraft was a blockbuster game. This new mmo has sparked a life, and awoken some old Starwars fans alike truly. I aspect in the months to come more surprises and some wonderful gameplay. Cheers to all of us, and let us enjoy these moments. -Caeliux
  10. I stopped right there ^^ "You" people in this Warcraft state of mind need to wash your face, and look at SWTOR in the way it was built to play, or your never going to understand this game.
