I successfully romanced Scourge. The correct information was displayed in the Companions & Contacts window (that the romance was successful). However, now that I go into the Companions & Contacts window it says that I have ended the relationship. I have no idea when the information changed but unless Scourge throws a hissy fit because the player character isn't online that much it is most definitely a bug. Edit: after a bit more forum trawling I found a couple of posts stating that it is a known bug that is going to be fixed.
