The character in question only has credit sellers on his ignore list. Why I ignore...I'm not sure. They assist in ruining my game experience, much like this bug. Still no staff response on any of the 5 tickets open about this problem.

run down: server: the shadow lands faction: empire character name: Vaníth the problem: I can't join a 4, 8 or 16 man group if the following characters are in the group: Dreadlightyear, Keep. Why? I'm not entirely sure. I get the "conflicting phases" message. Well, I've reset all of my phases, the server has reset three times since this bug first appeared. Why is it still happening? I've been collaborating with Dreadlightyear and he and I have done everything we know to do. We've reset local phases/ops but still can't join each others group. If he's in an operations group, I cant join it and vice versa. my question for you all: has anyone else experienced this, if so, how did you fix it? I've created two tickets in game, Dreadlightyear has created three and none of the FIVE tickets have been responded to. Is this a common issue among players now? Any insight into fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
