I think what he means to say is will we be able to keep our current aspects, like character looks (Becuase F2p changes the races available) so if i'm a pureblood, will I be transfered to a human, then if I re-sub later will I get my pureblood status back etc.

I imagine their statement was half hearted anyway, or on the trolling side atleast. I don't believe that anyone thought that it would be f2p after near a year.

What you're offering completely destroys the point of Swtor going F2p in the first place. I mean I agree to a certain degree, but what you're pretty much saying is "they're f2p, let them burn in boredom untill they're forced against their will to sub" There has to be a taster, so they think ohh, i'll be having more of that.

I see your point, except everyone on Gw2 will be on a level playing field in terms of no sub. On this you're getting extra for your money, I really don't see the hassle.

Can you even begin to imagine the hate you'd have got if you said at launch that it would be f2p 8mounths on. I'll still play, f2p that is. I do enjoy the game, but not enough to get me to pay a sub fee when f2p is available. It will be nice personally, I can switch between Swtor and Gw2, all for free:D

Too bad nobody uses it then. Does anyone really care that much? You have to realise peoples opinions are different to statistics. I may sit on the middle flag all game, get my defender points. People may say I leech, others say im defending a valuable point meaning others can attack other objectives. Its subjective. Equally, if your playing with friends (a scary thought), theyre more likely to vote for their friends than say the best person statistically.
