  1. I submitted a ticket a few days ago but haven't heard anything back about some bugged items on my character. I have three Midnight Racer items that are not unlocking into my collection, I picked them up last year (or two) from some cartel boxes. Character name is K'ellion on Star Forge. The items are currently equipped. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
  2. I'd love to see some more range back in their tool kits. Though, part of the issues with Vanguard/PT is that our Utilities are crap. I struggle to find a real meaningful upgrade to my character when it comes time to choose a utility. And none current choices really scream at me that I must have it. As a start, I would like to see something like "Reflexive Shield" utility from Commando in Vanguard. Threat issues aside... You can't use harpoon while out of combat. So having it as a gap closer will not work. The animation time on it also sucks. Either way, if we can't pull X because its a boss, or whatever, then Harpoon should pull us to it.
  3. Returning player with some questions about the boost. Where's the nearest training dummy, after I skip the level 65 starting story? And can I get there without losing my boost? (Want to test multiple classes out). Thanks in advance.
  4. 1. No real support for in game issues... Have had friends stuck for days at level 50, unable to complete their storyline quests. Most of these complaint threads wouldn't exist of bioware got off their asses and implemented a support system that doesn't revolve around a spam mail server. Even their phone support is horrible... Out sourcing it to India would be an upgrade in this case.
  5. You'd think a 46 page thread would catch their attention to this problem... Really disappointed with the overall level of support provided by bioware for their product. I tried to get suppot for this issue in game, and I got the spam mail response. It's borderline insulting to be fed automated responses for an mmo that requires a subscription rate.
  6. All in game support is automated... You have to call them to get them to look at an issue in game.
  7. I'm also having this problem... During my storyline one of my companions became unavailable. Afterwards, I find that I am unable to to send out certain companions, while other companions are away on missions... Or the companion just refuses to leave on missions, and the option to send them out on missions is greyed out. I can send out up to 5 companions are a time, but I'm only managing to send out 3 to 4 at once, out of my total of 5 (Not counting the unavailable one) companions.
