  1. My take on the mystery is that Krashilock is a word meaning "A maw of fangs" made of terms that mean "tiny tooth" and "little mouth" or something similar. A word play like that would be funny to a protocol droid, especially a bloodthirsty one like C2D4 and when the beast in question is an enormous cat.
  2. I did all of them. I'm trying to find a recording somewhere of Bounty hunter class quest. I refused money for it and completed it before bioware fixed the issue that the quest giver reacted to that upon completion. All recordings I saw that used the line where the money is refused also were from prefixed version. Anyone got any idea where I can find the fixed version? I know its only one line of dialogue but that is why I still play all 8 characters, the differences between them.
  3. I want Armor tuning. Taking a chest piece and putting a cowl effect on it. Or cape. or enabling a Cowl on a head piece that did not have it before, like Kallig's Countenance. Weapon tuning seems like a good idea to customize gear further, as long as there is decent number of variations to choose from and they are not confined only to cartel market.
  4. I had this idea too. Not sure how easy it would be to implement. At the very least we need some line of dialogue that says that in Arcan's carbonite freezer there are other powerful figures from previous war. Having player characters raid this prison to free them and use Legacy family tree or some such mechanism to choose which Class character would be rescued, one per each class seem doable to me. I do not want them as companions. Would be hard to implement, for one. Also these characters each lead in their own way and Darkside Wrath would not take orders from Lightside Consular. But they would join the alliance and having 7 remaining classes stand in specific places in your alliance base looking like your alts is doable. I works for companions in Strongholds, after all. You don't even need to record new lines for them when U click on them, things like Inquisitor's ''I can absolutelly do that'' for example can be used. It would also open up new possibilities for alliance to interact with game world. Inquisitor would spend his time looking for Moff Pyron and her/his fleets, Agent for former Imperial Intelligence members, Consular for Esh-ka and Rakata, Smuggler for his Underworld crime empire from Port Nowhere, Bounty Hunter for Mandalorians, Knight for surviving Jedi, Wrath would hunt Sith that swore allegiance to Arcan, Trooper recruiting republic military personnel or SIS. You don't even need to make new quests for that, just have some NPC's say that's what they are doing.
  5. Hello, For most part I enjoy KotFE changes to gameplay. But what I miss is actual challenge. Most of the game, apart from endgame, is geared toward solo play. But there used to be a class of quests that required you to find a partner or a few of them, and cooperate to accomplish them. They used to be called [Heroic 4]. Yes, most people ignored heroics before. They thought they were too hard to do. And they were damn right. That was the point. If you wanted to do something like Heroic 4 you needed players who knew the game, their class and what it could do. Also, how to play in party. I'm talking about Crowd Control and not using Area of Effect attacks on mobs affected by it, about communicating with members of your group, about interrupting abilities of bosses or Elite and Champion mobs. In last year or so it became increasingly apparent, especially in Flashpoints, that great number of players is not even aware they have Crowd Control or Interrupt abilities, or if they know about them, they consider them unnecessary to be used outside Boss fights. What this created is cadre of players who are not used to use these abilities for Operations and Flashpoints and who thus forget to use them when needed. I don't think I need to explain that teaching them during operation about these things costs time, money for repairs after deaths this causes and, most importantly, fun and patience of participating players. [Heroic 4]'s were challenging but they gave great rewards. I still use mod-able gear sets from Taris, Balmorra and weapons Corruscant that were dropped as mission rewards for completing heroics on many of my characters. They look nicer than most cartel market gear, in my opinion. And have same set name, which is something I personally like. I'm told these gear sets are unavailable to be obtained by new players which is a shame. Still in this game we no longer have short supply of mod-able gear so this is not an issue of function, just aesthetics and personal preference. I understand that. What I do not understand is complete scale down of [Heroic 4]'s to [Heroic 2]'s. I had great fun doing these quests with players who chatted with me about Star Wars lore while we were playing and often we ended up on each other's friend list. Yes, it was hard to do. Yes, it took time. Yes, players who were power leveling mostly ignored these quest. But for those of us who like broader and harder content they were there and now with level-sync we could enjoy them again, not to mention they had some of the best background stories in game. On Hoth a republic trooper was scared of hidden stealthy Sith assassins and on Tatooine Mandalorians were hyping themselves up to fight Bloodgauge, despite loosing toes and fingers. With new way of doing heroics they are fast and easy and you don't come across these stories. So what this whole post is about is basically me asking if there are any plans to include new content to replace the Hard-to-do-with-high-reward-content that [Heroic 4]'s used to be in near future. The content that teaches leveling players to use their classes to best effect and rewards those who succeed.
  6. I'm with you guys on this. And I lobbied for Kotor style Conversations before. I did not change my mind. I wanted Kotor style choosing of my reply because you could see whole line your character will say. Instead of like on Nal Hutta in Bounty hunter quest: Option 3: Start running. OK then, I'm trying to be a good guy so I'm letting him go. I choose this and character goes: You have three seconds before I start shooting. Wait, WHAT? Where did that come from? This is by no means an isolated problem in classic game. I can now ask questions without NPCs rushing forward with story and me having to furiously press ESC hoping game will react to it and wont just finish conversation permanently, so I can repeat the conversation with different options and get full exposition of the situation. I can just ask questions and when Im done make a decision based on what I learned about the situation. The graphics used in KOTOR style are nostalgic. But not everyone who playes SWTOR played KotOR so I understand people being weird-ed out by it. And SWTOR has different graphic style and this feels out of it compared with rest of the game. So seeing whole thing is great. Would have been amazing if done in SWTOR graphic design. Not hearing your character is just horrible. Whole selling point of SWTOR was that it was fully voiced. Now you are taking it away? Wrong move Bioware.
  7. I had this problem too. Now I have different problem. I can press play - but game wont launch.
  8. I just wanted to let everyone know what amazing customer service Bioware has. This is ticket I wrote: 10/27/2015 Operations Scum and Villainy and Dread Palace 16 Story mode Czech Alliance guildrun. First bosses of both operations dropped only one item token. On Calphayus third boss of Dread palace loot was as follows Black Market Foestopper's MK-2 Boots Black Market Demolisher's MK-2 Gauntlets Arkanian Relic of Serendipitous Assault Arkanian Relic of Serendipitous Assault The loot assigned directly to a Operation Group member was correct Defiant, with purple 216 mods. Operation members: Maryz, Engo, Veroim, Cannon-bill, Insane, Drahy, Jerr, Garat, Ethibar, Honza-cz, Shayeela, Rolap, Chapen, Phoebees, Pejanda - for Dread Palace / Henandoré - for Scum and Villainy This is reply I got: Dear XXXXX, Thank you for contacting Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service. My name is Wayne and I received your restoration request of your missing operation loot issue. After investigating your loot issue, I have searched over all you operation members and I was able to very verify the correct items created by each boss within the Scum and Villainy and Dread Palace 16 man Story Mode. As such I am not in the position to grant additional loot to the Operation. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause. Should you require further assistance with this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Regards, Wayne Star Wars ™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service So my question is this. How is Arkanian and Black Market gear correct loot from operation boss post 4.0? Anyway what do you guys think about this gem of nonsense?
  9. On Voss Repiblic *Voss: Bonus series 2* questline in quest *Power Armor* questgivers reference *Shakval, Gormak Machinist* as dangerous mob in the area. The bonus for this quest doesn't automatically appear but I believe its implicated that killing him is the hidden bonus. I searched around but cannot seem to find it. Can anyone point me in right direction?
  10. Gear like Custom legs item from Belsavis set is missing. For Republic Trooper class this would be Ultrachrome Onslaught Greaves from Ultrachrome Onslaught set which is DPS gear offered as quest rewards on Belsavis. Feet item from Taris gear set are missing as well. I like the complete sets from planets. The look good, have nice colors and you can have whole body covered in armor from same set. They also change to complement your class. Some are optional rewards from planetary story line quests. Most of them come as optional rewards from Heroic quests which is a great way to enable players to customize their character. They don't have to take orange gear but its available. Also as heroics are repeatable you can return for some of those gear pieces anytime. But for some reason there are planets where you cannot complete the set because its simply never offered in any quest. I realize that in this age of cartel market that might seem like a petty complaint but I believe you can have cool looking gear combo or whole set in this case without having to rely on Cartel Market. I have my Sith Warrior in full planetary Marauder set from Taris to this day and I'm not planing on changing that any time soon as it just looks great. Also on some characters I put my companion in these gear sets when I level and it elegantly solves the problem of their gear when I use planetary commendations to update their mods along with mine. And the fact that single piece of armor is missing is a shame in my opinion. So my suggestion is this: please make sure that these sets can be completed, that all pieces are available to players.
  11. Also at beginning of Starfighter matches and in score board after we would like to see names of participants' guilds.
  12. Just a Couple of suggestions me and my Guild-mates put together. They are mostly obvious and not even new or original, but I was told by Live Agent Chat operator to post it here: General: 1.When you send mail in-game your Guild-mates characters names are suggested in recipient window. We would like to have this function to suggest also our own characters in our Legacy, even between factions Empire - Republic to have faster and easier sending of gear and credits between alts. 2. Raise the maximum number of characters in guild. With multiple players having several alts in guild 500 gets filled up quickly. 3 Raise number of maximum ranks in Guild. Our guild uses Member / Member-alt, Newbe / Newbe-alt, Veteran / Veteran-alt, Outlaw / Outlaw-alt, Officer. in past we has Class leader, Lieutenant, Platoon Leader, Honored, Retired but had to sacrifice them for Alts. 4. More Guild Control Options for example sending whispers through right-click on Guild window and sending in-game mail to more players for all players and to whole guild for officers and Guild Master. 5. Inclusion of Guildship in game and ability to name it and our personal starships. Also ability to modify look of our starship interior. Galactic Starfighter 1. Include an option to choose which of the two main weapons on Strike fighter we see in-flight without having to buy third weapon system in Components menu. For example on my Starguard I have Rapid Fire Cannons and Heavy Cannons and I want to have Heavy displayed. In Components menu I have in upper main weapons system menu Heavy cannons shadowed out and in lower main weapons systems the Rapid cannons are shadowed out. 2. Flying in different direction than I'm looking and shooting with mouse-look. 3. having a rear-view camera on screen to see behind me to see if I'm being dogged by opponent or to not end up smashing into structure when I use Engine Ability. 4. Being able to open Mission window in Galactic Starfighter in order to share Daily and Weekly quest.
