I have readed the oficial post here about this matter, Missing digital items but i have send ingame ticket about this, and have received twice the same answer
"I have looked into this matter and I can advise that these items should have been sent to you via an in-game mail upon launch. Therefore we would require you to visit any mailbox in the game, and you should have a mail containing these items."
So, this is not correct. When I created my character, that day the ingame mail was bugged, no mail could be send or recieved, the mail system didn't work at all. So, i didn't receive any mail with my collector's and preorder items, not that day, not any other. It's imposible that I have recieved the mail, so please stop tell me this.
Anyone has this problem too? Because I'm thinking to delete my character and begin another from the start.
