Anyone else having the problem that when you choose your character it goes to the loading screen, shows no progress bar then takes you back to the character screen?

Hey all, I bought the DDE via Origin the other day and they took the £5 pre-order fee. Just wanted to know...if the codes are expected today...would they have taken the rest off already? (just asking as they haven't yet). Cheers all.
