Hey i got the same damed answer from an CSR in an CSR-Talk after he asked me if he can help me with something else. My answer was: Sure whats the state on the missing codex items and entrys in game (The ones fully missing in game so not be obtainable at all). He statet no help to not spoil i felt really as talking with a kid or somewhat.

They are removed... but they are in the dammed codex planet overview? Anything more you got out of the tickets?

You know that when you skip a planet it can block missions on another world if you have ill luck?

I started first day of ealry access. I listen and read all quests. I am searching all lore entries without asking the www for locations. I do spacemissions and pvp. HELL My Chars: SW: 25 Agent: 6 Trooper: 12 Do crafting, do flashpoints, farm the sets. And yes i play 4-8 hours a day. Sorry i cant absolutly not understand how you can get that fast to 50. The way is the goal ...

Aparently it seems that a few items and locations are bugged. For example the sith academ at Korriban.
