hello! im trying to contact the support via phone, but when i call (within the support live hours) i cant get to anyone except germany and they said "this is the german support line, call the UK". is the support offline or what?

Hiya! so i díd everything i was supposed to do, i finished the imperial speech and i talked with my alliance. i was told to go to the news console aboard the fleet, the only problem is that i cant find the console. am i missing something?
