  1. /sigh I miss the early EQ days... those were the best.
  2. Thanks a lot. I made the changes you suggested.
  3. I severly need an upgrade to really play this game. I've done some searching, and am curious as to whether the following parts are correct. I want to make sure they're all compatable before I purchase them. I can assemble them (Motherboards scare me) I think, or worst case scenario, I take it somewhere and have them do it. Will these parts work together? Biggest issue to me is the cpu fan. Not sure I'm getting correct one. Please help. 4. Yes, this will include slicing. I currently have treasure hunting, archaeology, and artifice. It's my opinion that any gathering skill that has missions for lock boxes should at least net some profit. I'm not talking 2-4k, that's overkill. I feel that if I send out my companions for a mission that cost 1165 and takes around 30 minutes, I should at the minimum make at least 50-100 credits on it regardless if it's moderate. Bioware could create some sort of chart for every lock box giving an increase to the return. Rich boxes could be 500 credit increase. It's not unreasonable to have a profit given that for treasure hunting, the rich or bountiful boxes are rare to even send companions out for. Just my 2 credits.
  5. Maybe the other 21 people were banned for using the pvp exploit?
  6. Honestly, no one knows but BW. We have to live with that being the answer.
  7. I can't get in either. I'm guessing it's the people who didn't get early access today trying to get in to ask why. I didn't get in either, but I want to see how they spin the propaganda.
  8. The demand is there. Check the forums. There are thousands of players wanting to play this game. Today. Not, tomorrow, not thursday, not friday. Now. How difficult is it to understand that the customers are needed to make this game thrive. Alienating them over a 12-18 hour period waiting to play the game is nonsense. No matter how you spin what Bioware says, the community and subscribers are who make the game live.
  9. Why have they stopped letting people in? It makes no sense. They're guaranteed millions of dollars in a week. Millions! If my company released a new product, do we delay the sales or the access to those pre-ordered sales, so they can be released in an orderly fashion? People get upset over these things because they, Bioware/EA, are not putting in overtime to keep up with the demand. When Rift launched, I waited an hour to get on. They added servers all day and night. They worked those long hours to guarantee that the people who wanted to play the game had access to it the day they said the game would be available. They put in those extra hours to stop madness like what is occurring now. I'm still waiting, on the verge of losing patience, but adding another comment to their forums will not make much of a difference if the management at Bioware doesn't do something and listen to their customers. They said they would have early access on the 15th. Then another letter saying it would start on the 13th, adding an additional 2 days, which sounds awesome. But they should still be working hard adding additional servers throughout this entire day until everyone who pre-ordered is in the game. If that means working an 18 hr day, so be it. That is the way of keeping your customers happy. And right now, they're not keeping their customers happy.
  10. At least they told us they're done for the day... Still, no guarantee's we'll get in tomorrow either.
