And the reason I cant figure out anything from anything said on this site is because the numbers are jus numbers and not direct comparisons ... so I see tons of numbers and no explaining of what they mean and how they balance out all I know is .... our healers cant keep our well geared Assassin alive but have no problem keeping his less geared Jug alive in NiM TFB and HM snv/DF/DP.

     

    if someone could explain that ... in a way that makes sense ... it might give me reason to gear my assassin again ... cause as it stands now .. don't see the point of playing an assassin tank in this game anymore.

     

    in really simple terms:

     

    Assassins squishy go splat

    Jug not so much.

  2. Step 1. Find the biggest fattest Jedi/Smuggler/Trooper you can.

    Step 2. Stand in a fire pit (obviously one that is off).

    Step 3. Wait for fire pit to activate.

    Step 4. Invite (via Grapple) the selected friend from step 1 to a tasty barbeque

    Step 5. Go and get a refreshing drink while your new friend reserves the fire pit.

    Step 6. Bring your friend a drink.

     

     

    Somewhere I am obviously going wrong because when I leave for step 5 I always come back to a pile of ashes. . .:rak_02:

  3. Don't play now, I have a lvl 20 soc and I can level one in no time. If the guild is solid and stable, I can work with waiting for an opening if it's filled by the time I make it. Once I find a guild that is casual but serious while having fun, I have no doubt I will be a good addition. I won't be the best top 1% healer but I will be a good solid healer. My issues is finding a guild that doesn't merge with another that is over run with healers, dissolves because a new game comes out, or suddenly wants to go full PVP.

  4. It would be nice to see earpieces and implant drops increased to 2 (8man) and 4 (16man) in Operations. The reasoning would be that every player needs two of these to completely gear out. Many groups still have to run old Operations to get everyone their ears/implants even though they are capped on everything else.

     

    It would also be nice if every mod/enhancement was obtainable from a buyable com (Elite/Ultimate) piece. It is very frustrating for a player trying to get a full BiS setup to find that the mod/enhancement they need only comes from an unassembled piece or worse a completely random drop.

     

    I understand that developers want to gate players and keep them doing content, but I really think that these two changes wouldn't hurt the current gates too much.
