It's not 'more Bolster'; it isn't taking OP PvE gear and then adding Expertise to it (without reducing the non-Expertise stats) which the current version of Bolster does.
Sounds a lot like Bolster to me
PvE gear + Partisan expertise.......why get Partisan gear at all then?

If you're at 1400 in full Partisan, you've done something badly wrong.
With the entire left side devoid of gear (ear/implants/etc) I had over 1300. Relics alone added more than 100, taking it higher than you say you have now.
So, either, you broke something / you removed mods in a badly placed way / you don't have full Partisan

You did receive compensation, in the form of extra stats on the gear.
As for why though, it was meant to make 55 gear more attractive and not unbalance the newer low level brackets that would have included people in WH/EWH gear, against low levels with 0 expertise at all.

Having just done a toon 1-18, I got the 2 unbound 1's as normal...but have also got a fair few (4-5 iirc) EXTRA, bound 1's.
ie They made it MUCH MUCH MUCH better

Not naming any names either, but that OTHER MMO also lost alot of subscriptions when it was this young too, for many of the same reasons. History as a funny habit of repeating itself, doesn't it?
Only time will tell.
You may want to dig around Blizzard's archive. You'll find they didn't lose "that" many subs on route to 1mil+ inside a year
Ohh, and WoW didn't start with 2.3mil ish box sales either. So it didn't look like it does here

think the sw servers can hold 3000 ppl only servers that might reach that are jedi an fatman but right now eve's Tranquility; server has 45,034 ppl online lol an i cant stand that game my god it bores me but there server is alwats busy
EvE has 1 server....of course it has a big number

This just proves how this game fails. When you consider only around 200+ an MMO, that is just sad. Most MMO's have over 1000-2000 on one server.
Yeah, because 200 in 1 place (ie The Fleet) is actually the whole server correct?

Many moons ago (ie during Early Access) I saw him, at the datacron, once and once only.
Killed me and my Rl friend, then 3 others, before I ninja'd the datacron while he was busy with someone else

As your asking for hardware recommendations, I shall "assume" your not massively up on PC stuff....so I will only say this:
Upgrading a GPU on a laptop is a pain in the rear!! (If you can do it at all)
But if you can do it, or get someone to do it for you, the 560m suggested above is a fantastic lappy GPU

I love TOR, and hate it, in equal measures at the moment....and can't put my finger on why to either end of the spectrum
Yes, there's not enough to do, but that will come in time.
Yes, rated WZ's being pushed back (For me personally) put a dent in things.
No, don't want to log in for a mammoth 8-10 play session either.
