You are not gonna have much of a choice with PvP gear. Majority of the set is alacrity heavy with crit as a lower sidestat. I have been testing a little with how much alacrity is too much, it seems to me around 11% is going to be a soft cap. With first responder always up you are gonna be pretty efficient eitherway though. IMO stick with aim > alacrity > power/crit

Don't listen to these goons. Aim > Power > Alacrity > Crit In that order, or until you find a soft cap for one or the other. As far as GCD: 1.5s down to 0s is going to take a lot of Alacrity, so do not worry about it. Cheers!

IMO, No. I have only leveled to 30 as Gunnery and using Grav Round is more efficient overall. Most of the talents either reduce the cost, double the debuff, or proc ammo for Grav Round alone. When I do any certain rotation, I only use Grav Round, Full Auto, or Impact Bolt. Charged Bolts is roughly 100+ less damage at 30. I think its more of a replacement for other specs like Combat Medic that don't have access to it.
