I am a subscriber, but not a hardcore serious player because I am busy. When I find the time to play games, they are NOT Korean style MMO's, which is what this patch is, endless grinding for mediocre rewards. I don't care to pvp, mostly I am old and suck at it, and the community in PVP is less than friendly. Unfortunately, to actually level in the command system, you have to PVP because PVE is borked. I'm miserable, the people in my warzone are miserable (sorry I suck), and goddammit how many pairs of green gloves am I going to get? This is the worst. I have two months left on my subscription and no desire to log in.

I agree with the original poster. I had intended to use my character's last name from SWG as my surname. A new guildmate decided that my SWG toon had a pretty cool sounding last name and leveled past me and grabbed it instead, or so one of the multiple telling of the tale goes . Now, not only do I feel naked and wrong without my "legacy" name, I also feel wronged by a guildmate. In this situation, I am feeling pretty justified in switching servers to have the proper legacy name. Call it short of playing with a full deck or what you will, but I had every intention of continuing my star wars legacy built in SWG, here. To have customer service tell me they don't possess the tools to change it is an out and out lie (name changes are a basic game csr tool, get real) and tells me that bioware doesn't have what it takes to ever overtake WoW/Blizzard in the mmo arena.
