  1. You have 2 codes, the pre-order code and the official game code, if you entered both then you should have 30 free days, that information should be on your SWTOR account info.
  2. The security key is only a second password to the game that gives access to a special ingame vendor. The product registration key should be either on the box or on the game's documentation.
  3. Whoever is having problems with Origin's supposed email not appearing, go to this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=68622 Thanks!
  4. Hello everyone, if you didn't receive your Origin email with the "game code" you came to the right place. During the past few days I've seen a lot of extremely stressed and frustrated players both on these forums, ingame and on other gaming community forums, because due to some retailers shipping options or due to other problems, some people don't yet have the "game code" required to play the game after launch (or after the grace period). Due to these circumstances I figured I should share the solution that I "had to find" since I did not receive any further email from Origin after I pre-ordered the game, I've also contacted Origin's support but with no success until now. The solution is simple, go to the Origin.com website and click on customer service, after that, depending on your country you might have to make a login into the website, nevertheless, what matters now is that you search for your purchase historic on Origin, after clicking on that link you will be redirected to a page where you may do so by entering either the number of your order (should be in the email you received when you've pre-ordered) and your password OR you can also enter your email and the last 5 digits of the credit card that you've used to pre-order the game. Either way this will lead you into your purchase historic and you will be able to see your pre-order code AND the official product registration code that you need to play after the official launch. If you haven't received your "game code" yet, do not despair, even if you did not receive an email with the game code, which was my case, you can still go to Origin.com and retrieve your code there, you do not need to receive an email. Thank you for your attention and please pass this message to everyone that is not being able to play the game or will stop playing today at midnight EST because they don't have the "game code" and the grace period will end in a few hours. May the force be with you all. NeoDio. PS: I honestly hope this helps someone because as I've referred, many people like myself did not receive any email from Origin. :::EDIT::: Alternative solution offered by Vladamire: I went on Origins web site, and under the customer service tab you can actually set up to have somebody call you. I went ahead and did this thinking it would be a week before my phone rang. They called in about 15 min, and 5 min later they gave me my code. Iredemed it while on the phone and they even gave me a cupon for future purchases over Origin, because of the inconvience. I suggest everybody do this. The whole process took about 20 min. I'm up and playing now.
  5. I totally agree on that, only 300 critics on the game and they're not even moderated, it's like someone else wrote above you, metacritic isn't that relevant.
  6. Server Status: http://www.swtor.com/server-status SWTOR's Twitter: Today's Invite Waves: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=16391
  7. On one hand BioWare can't open the game to everyone or the server stability could be compromised, but on another, the server status shows mostly light servers, the deployment of new accounts could be a bit faster, I wouldn't mind. I pre-ordered on the 15th of November and yes, "I wish I would have pre-ordered sooner", I knew I was going to buy the game, I'm a KOTOR fan...I just hope these sad empty days will end fast :[
  8. This is what everyone should be concerned about, getting info from people that are actually in the game instead of constantly whining. I've waited almost 5 years for this game since I finished KOTOR2, I'm dying to play the game, since BETA ended that my nights haven't been the same, but what can I do? Complaining and whining won't get me anywhere but a banned slot on BioWare's forums...Pre-order is "up to 5 days", BioWare is not breaking any service contract. They're staggering players to ensure server stability, if they allowed everyone to play at this point the servers would probably crash due to the massive flow of players. They know what they are doing, let them work and be patient, this game has been in production for YEARS, what's a couple more days? I would feel myself blessed by the force to play before the 15th since they've always said "up to 5 days early" and if I get to play tomorrow I'll even lick the shoes of BioWare devs, but if I play on the 15th of after then it's because I pre-ordered too late...
  9. Everyone is raging because they just want to play the game, it's understandable, but there's no need to be ridiculous saying things that you people have no idea of. This is an extended early access, not the "launch", on the "launch" everyone will be playing. Whoever isn't playing on the "launch" can sue BioWare, but for now, no complaining is going to change anything, and it's their first online game, give them a break instead of constant obnoxious senseless critics. I will only start whining if I don't get to play on the 15th, that's what I payed 5$ for.
  10. The worst launch ever? THIS ISN'T THE LAUNCH, IT'S A BONUS EARLY ACCESS!!! We payed for 5 days of early access, not for more, consider this a bonus.
