Please STOP the lottery! I don't mind paying for ingame cosmetics, but spending money for a chance to get the item's I want... That makes me feel like i'm in the casino, and the house always wins. Most of the players that buy cartel packs are already subscribers, and even if you get around 500 CC/month, you will never be sure what you will get for the amount of money you spend. I bought a 24x pack a couple of weeks ago and there where only 3 cool items for the 70€ i spend, 3 times the same ship model. conclusion: i felt so bad about my decision to spend money on a lottery system ingame. Please, take this serious!

you could prevent this waiting que's because u know how many pre orders there are... this is not reasonable , people don't like waiting to play a game. please fix this que -make free guild/solo server tranfers -make the server population capacity bigger
